You can go mine lead ore in certain caves and craft them at a campfire with lead mold. Or you can buy it from an npc at the blacksmith place or whatever it's called

@@Heavycavalry Wendigos apparently do 95 dmg I believe And cannons I’m not sure are a good strat as other people will hear it and could attack you What most people do is build a house and fight the wendigo with it
