This summer I have been struggling with a lot and when I started watching Head talking about being saved and he got me back walking where I need to be walking. I was avoiding his story as I'm not a Korn fan but I love what he and Fieldy are doing. I always knew that we aren't supposed to avoid non believers. We are supposed to engage and love them. They aren't the enemy. We are always our own worst enemy. With that being said I would like to ask for prayers. My name is Pat and I am married but started falling for my very close friend. I admitted everything to both of them. My wife, Julie, has forgiven me and is not mad at my friend as she knows nothing happened between us. Where I am struggling is with the friend. Her name is Emma and she is not a believer and she took it all much worse and wont talk to me. This may sound strange but I have become angry at her and even have tried to hate her but God wont let me. He keeps filling me with the promise that we will be friends again but it's hard to keep that straight and I have been fighting him. I know his purpose is that he wants Emma to talk to him and become a believer and that's why he brought us together in the first place. That being said I keep saying I am giving the whole situation to him but I keep wanting control. Please pray that I let go. Thank you and God bless Patrick

I have Korn's first album, maybe their second or third as well, I don't remember, it all started to sound the same after awhile. That being said, I don't recall Korn's material glorifying Satan/evil, using "religious" imagery (pentagrams, upside down crosses, etc.) or having anti-religious overtones. Yes, some of their lyrics touched on controversial subjects like child abuse and sexual identity, and they of course used a lot of bad language (duh, they're rock stars) but most of that was a lyrical personal journey from first hand experience from Johnathan Davis. For Fieldy and Head to accept Jesus does not come as a big shock, and I think all the haters could learn something. I say good for them. Would you rather have a meth addicted alcoholic for a friend or a sober straight shooter who believes in a higher power? I know what I'd choose...

I never listened to Korn when they first blew, but a lot of my friends did. I knew enough to know they were big; their music was so intense it made the news negatively. If I knew anything, I knew that they were "real" (worldly). If I know anything now, it's how sincere they are with their message. My 2 cents of the "controversy" is that; their testimony is genuine- it's undeniable. Nobody's perfect; but at least be decent enough to know a moment of truth- especially as a Christian. I guarantee it's not a marketing scheme.I would bet that they helped some see the light;for some, this is what it took...The rights and wrongs are for Jesus to decide...Jesus is Christ...Atheist are trolls-jk-kinda

This is not the first time Fieldy has mentioned his tendency and ability to "kill someone". That fact alone would would keep me from returning to the Satanic realm of Korn. Let this be a lesson to the folks at CBN.

If you these guys are guarding the hearts and minds on tour and spreading the good news to everyone the meet... then I say Awesome!!! Head is opening these shows with his own band Love and Death with a message that is much more powerful than the main act.
