@TheChrysler56 had a bit to be fair but all with unsuitable px ,with the older classic cars we do warranty them for 30 days just so you know no problems being passed on

I guarantee you the others won't be close to the condition of this one ,the best always costs a little more 🙂

ITS been 8 years since I owned a motor bike so waiting a bit longer wont hurt me even though the weather seems to be finally becoming biker friendly !!! IT would have to be gloss black with chrome exhausts [ not black ] exhausts and plenty of after market bits hope fully. I still have my full size continental motor cycle trailer in black and chrome [ Harley Davidson all over it ] which I believe Kuryakin now do as standard the full tow hook up kit for that bike model which will be the first job to do when I get one. So if you would keep an eye open for me as I'm not desperate but keen would be fair to say. All the best and again thank you for your reply.

@stevenhoward9926 no worries, it is extremely difficult to get exact specifications on a used bike but you just never know 🙂

That makes perfect sense ,as it's Austin badged and on V5 ,what does that do for it , I guess the passing chap would see it as a minor ,I've been around cars all my life and this is new to me 🙂 every day is a school day

@@therealtoyshop the reason why is because when the A35 van finished in early 1968 Austin didn't have a medium size van to offer their Austin dealers so they badge engineered the Morris version as a stop gap until 1971/2 when all makes could be bought from the various make dealers, there were even early Austin (Marina) badged vans & pick ups

@@tedarcher9120 on that heavy base weight the 159 already had i really liked that big torque of the jtdm. Also better than the v6. The 159 is a "bit" too heavy anyway imo so the extra weight of the diesel doesn't really matter much

Thank you ,definitely a considered Outlook, if we're honest I don't think they were anyone's favourites, it's just well for me anyway expectations are the killer of all dreams and having heard all the horror stories I expected nothing, bit I have to say I was pleasantly surprised, I think it's main plus points is freedom from all the nannying stuff of today ,and of course the nostalgia of seeing something that used to be everywhere and now almost never seen ,thanks for the kind words on the video 🙂

There was always some bugger happy to slag off Marinas I had 2 as company cars one did 130k absolutely brillantly the BMC engine was almost bullet proof and they were comfortable for the day. Then we got got Mk2 Escorts estates, they were terrible, not one of then got to 100k with out serious repairs, diffs, multiple clutches, gearbox layshafts one even had a drivers seat back shear off.

@CaptainChuckles absolutely, I've had countless old cars ,this really doesn't seem any worse really than any of its sector , there were thousands of them ,it stands to reason any mechanical thing will have a problem at se point ,were there more marinas I don't know 🙂
