I'm way too afraid to swing it by the fibers. I started doing it, and my wand went wonky, so I had to replace it. Now I'm scared to do it😅. So it's body tracing and lacing, and swinging it like I'm a cowboy lol. I go to (small venue) music festivals, so just it being on is loved lol. *oh shiny and bright! 🤩*

A terrible company that does not stand behind its products -- despite its so-called Lifetime Warranty. The warrant card omits language that the company relies upon to deny your warranty claim. I corresponded with several members of the "friendly" support staff. They are friendly while screwing you. Your lifetime warranty is only for as long as they don't stop making your product. They cited me to language not present of the Lifetime Warranty card -- DO NOT TRUST THEM, THEY WILL DECEIVE YOU WITH UNREASONABLE LIMITATIONS ON THE DECEPTIVE "LIFETIME WARRANTY." My Space Whip just malfunctioned sitting in the carry bag after about 10 uses. They did offer me a "custom" warranty solution -- 20% off a new one while stating complete warranty info on website not written warranty provided at time of purchase. Deceptive practices for profit. BEWARE!
