Very cute! I would recommend at the end when you tuck the lining in to do a quick sew along the bottom of bell edge and tack the liner to the top of the cone so it doesn’t come out

Helpful tip: To avoid accidently sewing over the cords that's connected to the keyring, leave the gap space width needed, after sewing turn it rightside out, place the keyring on, and feed the cords through the hole to tie it off afterwards. 😊
