Zion NP - Kolob Canyon Scenic Loop - Enjoy (no audio just wind noise)
Переглядів 192 роки тому
My dog and I took a 15 day mental health road trip. One of our stops was at Kolob Canyon which is part of Zion Nation Park in Utah. I decided to stick my Gopro on the roof of the vehicle and record the short journey from the entrance to the top. The video does not do justice to how beautiful this part of the country is, I highly recommend seeing this in person.

Divisiveness Among Americans Makes No Sense

We are not a divided as many may think. The vast majority of Americans are good people that just want to live their lives is peace. We need to take a step back, pull the lenses out a little further, and realize we all share many of the same kitchen table issues, and our neighbors are not the enemy.

    5 yrs later and I just bought the same seat, except mine cost 675. Thanks Biden. You're a real winner. Anyway, love my bike though, and I cant wait to take longer rides. That stock seat is made of concrete and anger lol. After 45 minutes I was miserable, which is a real shame for such a great bike.

      Yes, right out the gate. What Ford put in the Edge was pretty much garbage. Now don't get me wrong, the replacement speakers I put in were low tier, but I can tell the difference over the factory cheapies. It is not going to be a significant difference as if you went from a cheap pair of headphones to a pair of Beyerdynamic headphones, but it will be enough to make the music a little more enjoyable.

    I know this is 5 years ago, but some of the points you make are timeless. My brother's wife bought him a Vulcan 900 as his first bike. It was WAY too big, he NEVER learned to ride it over 40 mph, and sold it for DIRT CHEAP like an ashole because he never learmed to ride it, and his wife is a moron. Never considered ANYTHING like future social life, new friends, etc. It was a disaster and I can NEVER convince my brother to ride again because he's terrified.

      Thank you for watching the video and your comment. People are so concerned about their image so they buy a big heavy bike, or a bike with a displacement they cannot handle, and then as you mentioned they get terrified and never ride again. The Vulcan S was the smartest decision I made getting into motorcycle.

I got bored and went and bought an MT07 which helped a lot. Now I have this new Heritage I can't weight for it to get warmer so I can take a good long ride. • @yoso585
    @yoso585 Рік тому

    If it were not for fork deflectors, I probably wouldn’t even ride. I like riding with an open face helmet but cannot do it without a shield be cause my eyes either dry or water too much. I’ve bought several used bikes over the past few years and after my first experience with buffeting, I get fork deflectors right away. In fact, just picked up a used 2018 Heritage and the first thing I did when I got home was ordered a set of these, these being the only option that I saw, I got them. It’s way to cold to ride where I am, and enjoy it, but I’ll have the deflectors on for my first ride because I know how much of a difference they make. It’s sorta like a bike where you can’t get the seat to work for your butt and or back. They just aren’t keepers. And neither are one’s that buffet making lack of vision dangerous. Great review! And I can attest to the truth of it. That goes for most all shielded bikes. Road King, Vstars, etc. make them if you have to.

    Gorgeous motorcycle. I have the 2019. I could not be happier with it. I was actually looking at an Electra Glide, but since I’m a returning rider after 30 years, a buddy suggested a slightly lighter bike. I went in to my friendly and local Harley Davidson dealership and, to borrow your words, there it was. I did the deal and I’m in love with this bike. I never rode the 107, but the 114 is absolutely amazing. As for your windscreen, are you taller? I’m 6-1 and have zero buffeting. Maybe Harley fixed the issue. Your review is the only one I’ve heard that complained about buffeting.

    I just want to say thank you for the tip about the grips. I just bought and picked up a gently used 2018 Vulcan S Cafe today after finding out that the Can Am Ryker was beating my backside and spine to pieces. Great three wheeler but I couldn't even see a new seat making it more comfortable for me. The Vulcan is like riding on a cloud but the stock grips are making my hands go numb in a hurry after just a few minutes.

    Like you I searched unsuccessfully for a Fork Wind Deflector for my 2021 Harley Davidson Heritage 114. It is now 2022 and Harley has yet to come up with a deflector for my model. Yesterday I stumbled onto JESCUSTOMACCENTS. They purport to make a Fork Wind Deflector for my Heritage. I was very dubious as there were a tremendous amount of misspellings, making me think this was some kind of a third world scammer. I found your You Tube Video today. That coupled with the very positive responses in your comments section led me to to pull the trigger. I ordered them and am hopeful they will make a dent in the helmet buffeting. • @motorcyclingendeavors2750
      @motorcyclingendeavors2750 2 роки тому

      I did not break any clips, they sound like they are breaking when coming out, but they were all intact. I did my best to apply as much pressure as needed for them to pop out. I put the killmat in to eliminate any vibration that may happen. I figured while I had the panel off I will put some in. I will tell you that when knocking on the metal it went from hollow sounding to solid sounding, so it does work. I don't hear any vibrations when listening to music.
