i hate to say it but i never want to see you cooking mongolian food ever again.
Where can I buy the egg holder and what is the name of it??
Can you microwave on a plate??
💗💗💗💗💗💗
Radiate your food, good idea to take out all vitamins and minerals, your now eating paper that looks like an egg..
Nuclear Family likes it this way i prefer *basted*
Step one, don't disrespect the egg.
I just want to say thank you so much for the tips and tricks to cook all the videos really helped me a lot thanks
I use 6 inch silicone bowl, because it is non stick and same size as tortillas. Mix ham pieces + shredded cheese + 2 eggs stirred in, microwave for 3 minutes, slap on a tortilla.
One love Ethiopia 🇪🇹
Where is injera the flat soft spongy Ethiopian bread to eat with and if you don't like spicy eat less spicy Doro wet
ETHIOPIA 😍😍😍😍
Hi i'm from mongolia I like buuz
but it might not taste like mongolian meat
I commend your husband for cooking Ethiopian food at home also giving some information about the country. As to the wife’s comment no matter how much ingredients, it’s still going to be spicy” is not at true and accurate statement. It is possible to put very little (berbere spice) which is used to make the Doro Wot in order not to make it too spicy even small children can tolerate. In addition Doro Wot is supposed to be cooked for hours, which also cuts down the level of spiciness. You could also use either sour cream or Ethiopian cottage cheese ( Ayb) to help cool it down not that chutney you mentioned I can’t even imagine how the taste might’ve changed 🤮 I am telling you this as Ethiopian, and also a chef who made this dish thousands of times already. To blatantly say stay completely away from this dish is unfair and cheating others Considering what you made at home is not true and accurate of the dish in the first place. The bread you guys referred as Injera is not Enjera rather a tortilla of some sort. Ethiopian Injera is very hard to make and I don’t expect you guys to know how to as most don’t know how. My only suggestion is that If you have Ethiopian restaurant nearby, you should visit them at least once to see the true and accurate culture and the food as a whole. In my opinion, esp. the wife butchered and disrespected the food with her misinformation. I’ve never watched your channel just came across. It probably would not watch it again for simple fact I don’t believe you would properly , respectfully and accurately represent the culture and the food of others.
Lovely family Happy new year 2023🎉
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️yes
That's not injera please if you can go Ethiopian restaurant and try
I recommend you to try it again , cuz no one hates this dish at allll it's the best in the planet🌍🌎🌏
OOOO Guys, from what I can see, the flat bread you are eating is not actual Injera, it is rather called "Kita" a kind of lasy house wife, quick meal just like a very dry pancake. and the "Doro wot you had should not be that spicy. I am really sorry, even if you are be polite, it obvoious you are disappointed for the out come or test the food. I do not know from which country and resturant you get the food from but, if you are in Europe, such as U.K. London or U.S.A. , there are a lot of resturant who do a very good ehtiopian varity dish such as Vegan, Vegeterian and also some Meatty dish, (as you are eaten "Doro wot", chicken dish) with a resonable price. Plesae do a proper research of Ethiopian resturant, before you buy and eat the food you like. Thank you for your polite and possitive comment for the whole Ethiopian food culture and traditional food.
Thank you Mark for trying to make Ethiopian national dish. Much appreciated! Even if you followed the recipe, the spiciness of the Berbere will depend on the type of the red peppers (The primary ingredient). Some are too spicy some are less spicy and also depend up on how you prepared it. My advice will be just go to the Ethiopian restaurant and try the foods. Otherwise Abra not good to advice people to stay away from this food.
You can order less spicy 🌶 Well done 😂
ua-cam.com/video/2dRT9yKn32I/v-deo.html
This was the way to test especially if it was your first time.
The doro wet also doesn't look like proper doro wet. Also you should have eayen it with cottage cheese
This is not injera at all
That’s not Ethiopian food, I’m sorry but, your wife don’t look happy in Ethiopia and with Ethiopians 😅😅😅
It seems to me the wife has a deeper issue with Ethiopia, Ethiopians and /or Ethiopian food than the actual Doro Wot itself …she is offensive😭
One Love ETHIOPIA

Lovely family
We don't put no cinnamon on butter or in our spices. And we don't put no gingers in doro wat And that's not the right berbere we don't put no honey either on doro wat. The injera is not really quite injera 😁 Thank you for trying anyway it looks good though. I think a lot of none Ethiopians they are writing Ethiopian food recipes but they really don't know what they're doing.. as an Ethiopian I don't even know All the recipe that I see on UA-cam..
