"Cheap" 80s Pedals Still Sound Good - Yamaha MIJ Chorus - CH-10M II
Today I'm testing out this 1980-something Yamaha chorus pedal. This was made in Japan and aside from the weird vertical output jack is still a super usable pedal. This one was actually a little broken when I got it. It wouldn't give me the chorus signal. I reflowed one solder joint inside and now it's good as new. This was priced at 60 dollars at one of my local shops. I think this thing sounds pretty good. I also ran it into a Tech21 Sansamp English Muffy which is an analog representation of a Hiwatt amplifier in pedal form. It includes a speaker cab sim that's supposed to sound like a Fane speaker.

This Pedal Makes The Best Sounds (without making sound) - Old Blood Noise Expression Ramper
Переглядів 2,6 тис.Рік тому
Old Blood Noise Endeavors Expression Ramper. This thing is one of the best pedals I own. It unlocks potential in anything with an exp jack. You can use this to add movement to your sounds. Even if that's not what your after this thing offers a smooth way to transition between expression settings in a live venue scenario. This pedal has quickly become a favorite of mine and I encourage anyone wh...
Uncontrollable Defiance - MXR Blue Box Script Guitar Pedal
Переглядів 3,6 тис.Рік тому
I love it. It might be broken. I love it. MXR Blue Box is an octave down fuzz pedal. The octave down is very glitchy and unstable. That's part of the charm though as no two takes will be the same. The fuzz portion of the program also works great on bass guitar. Thanks for watching my short demo of this pedal. #guitar #guitarpedal #guitareffects
Perfectly Subtle - Boss Flanger BF-2
Переглядів 1,1 тис.Рік тому
This my demo of an mij boss bf-2 flanger pedal with the green label. I came up with 4 different sounds to show you this guitar pedal is also used in my end screen music. I picked this one up cheap because it's lived a bit of a rough life. Plenty of scratches and paint chips. I like the relic look though so it's a win win for me. Creating Massive Sounds With The Mel9 Guitar Pedal
Переглядів 2,2 тис.Рік тому
Today I'm testing out the Mel9 Tape Replay Machine from Electro Harmonix. This pedal has the ability to transform your guitar sound into the sound of a Mellotron. It has 9 sound settings: 1 Orchestra 2 Cello 3 Strings 4 Flute 5 Clarinet 6 Saxophone 7 Brass 8 Low Choir 9 High Choir Hope you enjoyed me layering these into very harsh sounding chords. #Mel9Pedal #GuitarEffects #MusicGear #ElectroHa...
Warning: Graphic Noises - Massive EHX Equalizer Pedal
Переглядів 390Рік тому
Finally have the EQ pedal I want. Found this BIG NYC Electro Harmonix Graphic Equalizer. It's definitely been used, broken footswitch replaced with a toggle and one slider is snapped off. It's perfect for me though. My house is slowly turning into a home for wayward and unwanted pedals.
Ampeg SCR-DI Bass DI Box Demo - Bass, Guitar, Synthesizer Test
Переглядів 2,4 тис.Рік тому
I've been using this for about a month and I figured it was good enough for a video. This is one of those things that does exactly what it says on the box. You need a D.I.? It's that. Overdrive with a blend knob? It has it. Ampeg sound with the ultra hi and ultra lo switches? Turn it on, sounds like an Ampeg. I saw this and decided to trade for it because I needed a di box for band practice. I ...

Mesa Boogie D-180 Bass Guitar Amplifier Demo Review
Not bad at all for a $25 pedal. With an ocd before or after this and an EQ, that’s all you’d need to replicate it
That's amazing, man! Thank you for what you do, it inspires me a whole lot. Keep on!
Cool but too pricey!
Behringer sounds better
This sounds great
Dude! Respect! No brothel back Light, no blure 2k lens, just recording and having fun! Keep on rocking!❤
Those cheap ass plastic input jacks in the rear, PC Board mounted tube sockets, particle board cabinet, wafer thin chassis and tiny transformers - what’s not to love? Lol 😝
Cronos ahh bass‼️
It's a guitar pedal, isn't it?
I paid 700 I believe in 2019
That is a BEAUTIFUL bass!
Sounds great if that Mechanix intro represents the amp
Have question can you play gardenia by kyuss band through the fuzz please
That is a great amp, i had one I ran woth a peavy 6505+ combo, it sounded amazing....wish i still had those amps....
So, what’s the difference between this one and the white one called “bass compressor”?
Just 2 different fuzzes and I kinda like sound of sf300 more.
Maybe changing to the bridge pickup would even things out?
Wish I would have gotten one of these before I bought that fuckin fender
That is one bad ass vertigo
Bass sounds so eletronic
is this new model? what is the difference between this vs MXR Bass Compressor M87/M87B ?
There’s definitely not a $970 difference
I don't care about the pedals, clicked for the guitar. Have wanted one of those since forever.
Adding a treble bleed would be sweet too.
@@JeremySheppard that's a great idea, will try it out
Thanks that was a perfect Little how to made my xmas day
@@davidday4443 thank you
I'd say $30 sounds more like $800 worth of the Univox. Imo
The 305 are so much articulate and clean. 308 are so mid heavy and dull. In a regular sized bedroom or living room type studio, I think the 305’s sound insanely better and far more accurate in every way.
is it dakrk chorus. or is it dark reverb?
Should have turned the cab off. 🤦♂️
Would the Mel 9 perform better going into the harmonizer? I’m thinking the that you are polyphonically creating the sound of a Flute, then you are pitch shifting or detuning the flute sound, instead of this way where you are altering the guitar signal with the harmonizer then putting it into the Mel-9 which I think would create some odd tracking issues. Still sounds cool though, but I’m curious as to what your experience with the order has been.
Bought this amp literally yesterday. It sounds great! The “Ultra” channels sound really tight, great for metal, whilst the crunch has a good range of gain, and the clean is very smooth. The only issues with it is that it’s a global EQ, and there’s a decent volume gap between clean and crunch, but at this price, it’s probably the best tube combo for higher gain stuff
Behringer looks gadget but sounds amazing. Univox look pro/amazing but sound gadgety
Appreciate the review, great sell. Buying now!
Hey what does Sample Rate actually mean? I understand it’s the number of samples taken, but I’m not actually sure what that means. What in this context is a sample? A snippet of the input?
Bro i just paid 730 new....this amp isnt under 500 new
I like the sound of the pedal more than that of the amp (just needs presence). Good video my friend, i gladly subscribe to your Channel😍
I enjoyed the berhinger the most the first time. The 2nd time u played the other I heard more definition. That being said am not seeing a 2970 difference 🧐🧐and the Beringer sounds sickkk
It's makes it louder
The Behringer certainly has more gain, try turning it down just a bit.
I was just about to start banging my head against the wall and then I found this awesome video made by a really cool person that took the time to share this information. THANKS A MILLION NOISETRUST!
That behringer sounds amazing the other pedal sounds decent but the behringer sounds kinda clearer.
Nothing?
They're like 999$ here
Genius! Thank you
Clearly the $1000 pedal sounds better. HOWEVER! does it sound $970 better? IMO it does not(Which was probably the point of your video, thank you!)
if only the guitar was in tune
Guapísimo
Nice!
cut the cones
😂😂
