Hey! So for me I’ve had this lamp for almost 2 years and it’s still working and going and I haven’t had any issues! I used it pretty frequently as well when I was creating press ons and doing nails! I also wasn’t using it 8 hour days either so time of use could also play a factor in this lamp! I would still give it a try it hasn’t disappointed yet!

They definitely are! I still have mine and they’re still good!

I used to mix them in my acrylics a while back and they worked perfectly but I’ve never tried them as chrome powders

@@Kyairralatyra, I did purple, green, and gold swatches for Mardi Gras. Came out perfect!

The end of the video I state and it shows me applying top coat to all of them and putting them in the lamp. The product will not stay without the top coat.

@@Kyairralatyra of course! I mean before the powder. Chrome powders need to be applyed on top of a product that is not sticky in order to look mirrory, but your came out beautifully nontheless!

Yes that’s if you’re going for a mirror effect if you’re not you don’t have to complete that step

Still the no wipe coat can’t but cured completely for it to turn out correctly

@@Kyairralatyra yes I've experienced that undercuring it a little bit makes the powder more pigmented

I definitely loved them and they were easy to use! Unfortunately mine didn’t come with the extras so I’m jealous lol

Sorry I’m so late! Yes I do still use it! It calms down the smell a little but there is still that overwhelming smell of acrylic! I do want to try some other brands and see how they work!

I have not tried it but it may potentially work as long as it has a sticky surface

It should not have a sticky layer in order to work correctly

@@d.on.in.a this set that I am using does I have tried it without and it has not worked for me most gel polishes I have, have a tacky layer to them.

​@@Kyairralatyrathat's very strange because all chrome powders work well on no-wipe products and it also says so in the instructions 🤔 Did you use a no-wipe black underneath?

Or maybe did you wipe the sticky layer?

I’m not sure I understand are you wanting to do an aura effect and wanting to know which powder combo I would recommend?

Hey! I use beetles gel Polish I use the base coat for the chrome powders and then cure for 30 seconds and add top coat and cure for 60 seconds. You can use any base coat and top coat of your choosing that’s just the one I prefer and work with currently! I also used a beetles black gel Polish as well cure for 30 seconds between each coat as well

@@Kyairralatyra do you apply your pigments to the base coat ? I just heard someone saying that is how they used the extra base coat she has.. but I wanted to ask you before trying it..

@jenpierce2385 so I have done it both ways I find it pops more with the black base and I also find that sometimes the black base isn’t sticky enough so I have to use extra top coat but it can definitely be done both ways. If you have any practice tips you can try it before making a final decision

@@Kyairralatyra ok I had someone mention after putting her colored base that she uses clear gel base bc I guess she has extra.. is that something that would work out do you think 🤔.. I have a few extra of the regular clear base coat that have come in a few gel polish sets that's why I was curious.. I usually hear most directions saying to rub it in to the no wipe topcoat.. and since base coat usually stays pretty sticky I was wondering if it would mess with the way the powder should appear

Yes! I notice also if it’s too much product it will cause it to burn also! So now I lightly use product and it doesn’t burn at all anymore! Thank you for watching my video and leaving a comment! 😊

The one I have is only 54 I’ve seen the higher wattage lamp but not sure how to higher the wattage. I know the ones that are the 10, 30, and 60 seconds are high wattage and I’m guessing the low heat mode would be the lower wattage

I would say they are true to size and some run big! I love the fit of their clothes!

They are regular width but i found that they fit my foot perfectly and my feet are kind of wide

It did tangle in the nape not a lot but it did some, I would watch with dying it because it lifts fast but i still have the hair the only thing else that’s a problem for me is the shedding, it’s a lot for me

It does lift fast! I was surprised it was lifting as fast as it did! I let it process for about 15-20 minutes
