Quick question.. you mention $250k per full time employee but you do not mention whether we are including clinicians in this business metric. So if we have 1 FT associate plus 2 FT admin employees are we looking to be at $750k ($250k per employee)? Which means at some point if you add another associate we would only look to make an additional $250k even though their salary is in the $100k range?
Not really... if you're poor it's impossible to be healthy especially trying to feed a whole family. It sucks. You can only work so much and even still covering bills and such is hard no matter how hard you work. Then having health problems on top of it.. it's pure hell
That's where Mindset is EVERYTHING! There's a definitive scale between healthy and sick that most society measures their personal Health. But if we're striving for OVERALL health becoming Sick, or Ill can be avoided. Developing an illness that can hinder you from providing for your family, can create further problems. However, if you're making your Health a priority, then Quality of Life can only get better friend.
I don’t disagree with the comments above… This is the unfortunate consequence of edited soundbites… This is a short segment of a full session discussing a list of seven rules for Remarkable Team Building… First rule is A Players only✅the second rule is pay 20% above market, so that you can attract and retain “A Players”…💯🎯😎🤙

Can there be another video on this? Do you have scripts on transitioning peeps from corrective Care to wellness care? I've been in the remarkable practice for about 5 years. We've always given people the option of doing one-time payments with additional bonuses or going to monthly payments for a year, divided by 12 months. Would you still give the Wellness people? The top bonus that they used to get but this change it to never ending? It would be nice to learn what the team would communicate as well as the doctor would communicate when we're in an R5 exam with somebody. As well as how you implement price changes into a reoccurring payment and how we would need to notify patients that there is a price increase. Thank you

$5/hr is an additional $10,800 a year at 40 hours a week. Lots of people will 100% leave for that. Now, if they are at their dream job, and the other job wouldn’t be something they are super interested in, sure, you’re right. But most people aren’t at their dream job
Pay people what they’re worth and they won’t leave
If they don’t own the company they don’t care about your vision. Pay people what they are worth and they won’t leave

I started thinking about this and it got me back focused on the multi-sport team that I have sponsored for the last 10 years. I created another focus on the team which allowed me to get front and center with them. We call it gator of the month where we focus spotlight on one of the team members in an interview process which allows us to be part of it.
One of the most eye-opening statement I ever made to my grandchild was, "No is Not A Cuss WORD"! SHE UNDERSTOOD THAT!
