bro Im stuck in a water tunnel wall

I got stuck between a chair and table against a wall upstairs at the bar before you drop down to head left to the water tunnel. I hate the fact that I can't kill myself with a grenade. I tried using the crafted explosive mines and shooting it but does not explode. So I letterally have to restart the whole damn mission. This whole save system sucks because when you jump back into Campaign it literally resumes exactly right in the same spot you left off. On top of that I have a damn 68 gig update when I got back home so now I'm even more irritated and frustrated.

How did you get out? Currently further in that mission stuck in a wall in the water tunnel

What 3080 model do you have? And did you undervolt it?
