Nonstop POMPANO Action - POMPANO LIMIT
This was our last day fishing Pompano season 2024! We had a few days just before this where we kept getting skunked at the beach with little to no Pompano action so this was an awesome way to cap off our season. Can't wait til next year! Thanks for watching and happy fishing!

Rainy Day Pompano Fishing in Florida
Must be the east coast of Fla. - super successful gear set-up but it's unfortunate you can't catch them closer to shore on lighter rods..I tear them up on the Gulf side with 7' medium-lite spinning rods off the surf...a 3 lb Pomp sure puts up a fight. Great video, keep catching them!
Its definitely a different experience with the big rods.
Looks like my neck of the woods. It's been a while since I caught moonfish. Might have to go give it a try.
its a lot of fun catching those little fish
Hey, nice vid, I am learning to do just that :) How did you guys choose a spot? The water seems to be completely featureless around you, so all those thing they say about "reading the surf" do not seem to apply.
We were fishing between two sand bars, hard to see in the video. Some beaches it matters more than others
Amazon sells pegs with a screw on the bottom great video, I'm making tying boards for all my friends TY
Looks like you don't need the two screws closest to the pegs other than that I'm doing it
Big Jack's Fish 🎉🎇🎊🎆🎉🎇🎊🌋🎉🎇🎊🎆
Hope your channel blows up 🎉
What rods you runnin
They are Lamiglass one piece blanks that I wrapped 13'
Never thought about making a continuous dropper line and cutting off as needed.. Will def try that this.
Damn good Joe. Efficient
Nice gators guys. Congrats!
Thanks!
Just watched this , and wow what an easy way to tie multiple knots . Great stuff and it’s something I’d use beforehand.
Thank you, great rig presentation 👌👍
Man, that was neater than pig poop. Awesome way to make and store those. Thanks for the tips. BTW nice boat brother!!
Thanks. Glad you liked it
When you tied the double uni knot was that for weight side of the looper rig, and what is your recommended length?
The double uni was attaching the rig to the main line. I attach the sinker with a duo lock to the third loop
This is a great idea for tying these rigs. Simple, fast and easy. Thanks for sharing. Subscribed to the channel and looking forward to seeing more content.
That was interesting
They sure look good! The last time I had any, broiled some cobia. They were awesome. It’s been too long!
thanks....just built one in northern michigan. Works great will be using when i go to ALABAMA in april
No pomp limit in Texas...
Awesome, great way to save time and effort. I’m definitely building a board too!!! Standing by for your hook video and other fishing videos!
Very good thankfully
glad you liked it
The only thing I would say about this film is he should’ve had someone get closer to you so it could’ve been a bit of showing of what you’re doing otherwise this is great
Just pause and zoom in on the video.
This was really great one of the few people I’ve seen that teach congratulations to you
Thanks, glad you liked it.
Awesome content bro, those rods look bad ass. Are they custom? I’m in the market for 2 more conventional setups would love more info. Catch ‘‘em up this season
They are custom 13' lamiglass rods. Bought the blanks from mudhole and wrapped them myself.
That is slick!!
I hear these taste good?
IM BOUT TO FINDD OUTT!!!
Very cool!
Subbed. 👍
That blew me away......... same rig can be used anywhere.....any situation
That's right. Just change the line size accordingly
😂🤣
Sooo, I'd guess you've done this a time or two! Lol
a few times
Looks good
Thanks for the video! I spent 20 min to make my own board and I'm happy with it! It's save a lot of time and less headache.
Glad it helped!
Looks good. Great video
thanks RM2012
Curious of all the pvc on the cart. Are those rod holders or they keep your rods taller while in the cart
The long ones are my sand spikes. The short u-shaped pieces I use to lay the rods in while I am walking down the beach. That way I can walk under everybody's lines. you can see it in action here ua-cam.com/video/EyQnTCvEqxE/v-deo.html
Are you using backcountry blue line? Great vid.
I use clear ande for the droppers and shock leader. I use the blue for the main line.
Great video. How big are the loops and how far apart are they? Thanks
The loops are 5-1/2" and they are 15" apart
@@chasinthebite cool Thanks
Bro u offer moonfish guided trips???
not at this time
@@chasinthebite bro u have an email or Instagram I'm definitely interested I love moons definitely will pay to fill a cooler or two😎😎🎣🎣🎣
Great idea... love it!
Thank you! 😊
Barley discovered this Chanel and I'm a huge fan no pointless talking straight to the fishing 👌
Thanks. Who needs all that talking anyway?
Cool looking fish, first time I have seen moonfish cleaned. Great video
Glad you enjoyed they are delicious
AWesome!!!
Thanks!!
6:25 Do you dispatch your “keepers” before putting on ice? Didn’t appear you were bleeding them out, perhaps just using the spike. (Ikejime method)
I usually brain and bleed them to dispatch them
Where is this? I’m near Juno and Hobe Sound
What part of Florida?
southeast
Hello friend ,Greeting from forest Rangers kitchen nice beach for fishing hope can catch alot fish thank you for sharing this video

You in the Tampa/St Pete area? Just curious. Going out for Pomp next few days.

@@chasinthebite Very nice!! Love the vids. Curious where you are on the east coast? I fish the Flager Beach down to New Smyrna area, really enjoy your videos and content. It's helped me greatly. Would love to see your rigging and how you use it and travel with it. Thx
