Snowblowing Kubota L6060 Normand Inverted Blower
Residential snow removal using a Kubota L6060 tractor with an inverted Normand snow blower. We can complete an average sized driveway in under 2 minutes.

How many driveways can one tractor do per snow fall? 100? 200?
In our neighborhoods we accomplish 50 driveways in about 5-6 hours cover 2 towns. We have a separate crew following the tractor to do sidewalks as well. If we add another tractor to have one per town we can easily accomplish 80-100 in each town with each tractor as our route would be much tighter.
What happens if the snow is to deep to back through ?
So far we haven't had any issues. The last storm we received was over 13 inches of heavy wet snow. The only downside was the traction on those industrial tires. We will be upgrading to snow tires.
Was that less than 3 minutes per driveway? How long was the driveway about?
An average 2 car wide by 2 or 3 car long driveway takes about one minute from 1-12" of snow
What gear and speed/rpm are u doing? Are u using auto throttle? I have the same tractor with 300 or so hours on it. You'll love it. It sits all winter so I'm looking to get into the residential market

Do you like your Kubota L6060? I'm on my second L6060 (dealer replaced the first one with only 5 hour's of use) both tractor's have a hydraulic cavitation issues with the hydro and steering, sounds terrible in the cab and steering sticks while changing directions (forward/reverse). sounds like a grinding sound in the cab while its cavitating, very disappointed in this tractor, I also have a L5740 and it works great
We havent had an issue with it. We have about 70 hours on it now.
We have had TONS of kubotas, we dont buy Kubota because they are good, we buy them cause they cheap. The dealer knows they always break, and will always continue to break because they are basically not well made. It seems like Kubota doesn't seem to want to fix any of the issues either. We solved the problem by getting a free winter loaner from the dealership for every 10 we buy ,, so we have good backups. If we wanted good tractors we would buy John Deeres,

Paul Novak... Can you explain why you think so...
sorry for the late response, but those are stock tracks. We find for straight pushes once you gain momentum your good to go. Also through big storm the track machines goes right over the snow where the tire machines just get buried.

My SVL75 with a Degelman Speedblade on it sucks in the snow. We are considering snow tracks.
are you running snow tracks or are those stock?
