I bought this lens for an iPhone 15 ProMax, and in general I like it - but, it has one major upside, and one major downside: 1. It really only works with close-ups; if your subject is (a) mostly centered and (b) no more than 2-4 feet away, it's nice and super-sharp, and I really like the super-wide format and blue flare. Edges will always be soft and out-of-focus. 2. Consider it a specialty lens, and it's basically unusable for distant subjects, even if centered. If you're hoping to shoot some video/photos of a sweeping landscape as I was, forget it. I was kinda hoping to leave it on pretty much the whole time, but it cannot focus in said scenario. Shot both video and photos (Apple ProRes Log for videos and RAW for photos), and if I followed the above parameters, got some great images and videos. It's solidly built, and you must also have the Neewer cage to mount it on - it's not a standalone piece. Now I got lucky and found both the cage and lens on facebook marketplace at about 50% off retail, so worth keeping for me even for occasional use. Side note, the cage is quite practical as you can mount filters like NDs or Polarizing filter since the iPhone has a fixed f stop. I don't have any other experience with other anamorphic lens brands for phones, so I don't know if they suffer from the same issue as above. If anyone has a similar experience with this brand or others, I wouldn't mind learning about it.

Is ASENDIA & USPS same ? i have got 2 different tracking ID's :( 1st tracking number says "Original Tracking Number" and if i click on 2nd tracking number it takes me to USPS tracking page .

Thanks for the comprehensive non bias review. Pretty much every other review i have watched the reviewer has been given a sample from Soundcore for free and even though they claim their opinions are their own, the reviews come off looking like an infomercial.

I bought the 12TB version of this on the Western Digital website a few weeks ago and it is absolutely great. No issues at all streaming movies via Plex and my music. File transfer speeds are decent enough. I know there's a lot of negative comments about this device & Western Digital in general, but my own experience is nothing but positive. Sure there are more advanced & speedier ones out there but you get what you pay for.

Good thinking bro.your video is shot on low light.how much magnetic grip in magsafe is questionable in regular use is matters.you didn't mention that.

Thanks for the video. Love the dark look. I was interested in buying this lens until I saw those blue flares. I’ve never seen flares this strong before so I will definitely not be buying this one. Such a shame as inclusion of a filter ring is a great idea.

My friend jbl is nowhere near as loud as this the extreme won't hold bass after 70 per cent

I tried the lens and found it to be ultra soft. Especially in the center of the frame. Did you notice that as well? I was using it with the Neewer cage for the S23 Ultra.

Hello Navin, like you I like the Lumix, but I would be very grateful if you could recommend adapters to work with autofocus and other electronic settings with a Leica R Vario Elmar 28 - 70 mm lens, as well as a digital camera body that suits it well for both video and photo (which I still have to buy), maybe Lumix? thanks.

Is 16mm cropped on S5?? Because using an APSC lens in full frame will create vignette on edges???

Nice review. Agree fully the E-M5 Mkiii is an excellent camera that is good enough in all departments. For handheld vlogging (i.e. camera and hand only), the Pany 9mm 1.7 is certainly a good option. For handheld vlogging with a mini tripod or selfie stick (12-18in), the Oly 12mm is an excellent option and doubles up as a good general purpose WA lens. For tabletop vlogging with the camera about 2.5 or 3 feet away, the Oly 17mm is probably the best overall option with minimal distortion and great rendering. The good news is all 3 are excellent compact options for their use cases.

I am a recent entrant to the micro 4/3s universe (also an APS-C user)- and plan to get this 9 mm PanaLeica- I think it corrects distortions via software really well, and is an excellent option for vlogging (which I don't do much or if any at all) as well as for ultra wide angle shots using a very small package. I do have a 21 mm equivalent for APS-C but am tempted to get this 18 mm equivalent as well !

How's the infinity focus through the speedbooster? I was having problem with the 11-16mm Tokina,, even though I adjusted the speedbooster and the lens mod itself. Thank you in advance
