The subtitle can be generated on UA-cam. While playing, click on "subtitle button on the right buttom. An English subtitle will be generated automatically.

Do you really watch the video? Doesn't it just tell you at 1:01?

Press [NumLock], keep it pressed, tap [-], release [NumLock], press n. That's it. Repeat those steps to re-enable keyboard emulation. Hint: Be sure to use the correct USB ports for USB mouse and keyboard. You may have used them reversed without noticing a difference. However, in this case you can't switch ports or invoke HSM after turning keyboard emulation off. This means you can't even turn keyboard emulation back on. Took me several hours today to figure that out.

@@Varzah I'm in that situation! I've turned off keyboard emulation and now cannot get back into HSM mode to do anything. How do you get back to HSM mode after you've disabled keyboard emulation?

@@NFawc It works as described, but not reliably. I had to repeat that sequence 20 times or so until it finally worked. That's all I can add. Hope it helps.

@@Varzah Was there any trick to it, like unplugging everything but the keyboard? Using a generic simple USB keyboard? And the moment it worked, then going into HSM mode then started flashing the caps lock snd num lock lights again etc?

Not to all KVM models, please refer to each model's user manual for exactly hotkeys.

There is no default username & password for these two models if you haven't set a password to them.

This model doesn't support such feature. If you need to control all the target computers/Servers with the same control behaviors. CS1308 or CS1316 can fulfill the inquiry.

You have to connect 1. The Power Cable and 2. the Rs232 Cable. If your Pc does not have an Rs232 connection you havr to get an Usb to Rs232 adapter.

Did you manage to fix your problem because I’m going through the same issue?

@@SSILENCE354 you have to connect the RS232 cable with your Pc in order to edit the Aten.

@@davidbow my custom pc unfortunately doesn’t have a Rs232 connector

@@SSILENCE354 yep, same as mine. You have to get a Rs232 go Usb adapter

Hi Nicolas, it's hard to tell it will or not. Probably you will need to consult the scope maker. Theoretically, if the Aux port is same as a RS-232 port, it will work.

Thanks for your comment. We will add a description to the title to remind user this setting is with a standard Windows/US layout, 104-key keyboard.

@@atentechsupportfaqvideos4834 The input too shall be taken into account. For example, when the keyboard layout is Dvorak, it is "hotkey, hotkey, q" to switch ScrLk/Ctrl, not "hotkey, hotkey, x" to switch. The 'q' and 'x' are actually the same PHYSICAL key on keyboard, but Dvorak user might get confused when you're telling them to hit 'x' and it won't work, because it shall be 'q' from the perspective of Dvorak users. By the way, the product is good. Don't why people gave the video thumb down, maybe it is because only people who run into problems would seek for help like this video, and they surely are not happy right now before the problems are gone. I bought a CS692 a couple days ago, and think it works perfectly. One more thing, do you know how to shut it down when the connected computer is turned off? It seems to be a problem of the (old) BIOS of the computer itself, but it would be nice if there is a way that I can do to CS692 to workaround this problem. I have a Intel NUC that can turn off the power supply for USB devices when it gets shutdown, but on the other hand, my old computer does not turn off the power supply for USB devices even when the computer itself is down. In that case, CS692 is still consuming electric power supplied by my old computer. The mouse attached to CS692 is emitting red light beam all night. Is there any way to turn it off without unplugging the devices?
