Recipe
Ingredients:
300g chives
1/2 onion
50g carrot
4 cheonyang peppers or jalapeño
-adjust for desired spiciness
20g dried shrimp
200g Korean pancake powder
100g frying powder
1 tbl. salt
1 tbl. tuna sauce
250ml water
handful bread crumb
부추 300g
양파 반개
당근 50g
천양고추 4개
건새우 20g
부침가루 200g
퇴김가루 100g
소금 1 큰술
참치액젓 1큰술
물 250ml
빵가루 조금
Steps:
1. Cut the chives the size of 2/3 your finger. Slice the onion and carrot into similar sizes. Finely dice the cheonyang peppers. Roughly chop the dried shrimp. Put into a large bowl.
부추는 손가락의 2/3 크기로 자르고, 양파와 당근도 비슷한 크기로 썰어주세요. 청양고추는 잘게 다지고, 건새우는 대충 썰어서 큰 그릇에 넣어주세요.
2. Add Korean pancake powder, frying powder, salt, tuna sauce, and water to the bowl of cut vegetables.
그릇에 부침가루, 튀김가루, 소금, 참치액, 물을 넣습니다.
3. Mix well.
잘 섞어주세요.
4. Add enough oil to a pan and heat on medium.
팬에 기름을 충분히 두르고 중불로 가열합니다.
5. Add some dough to the pan. Use a spatula to make the dough as flat as possible.
반죽을 팬에 조금 떠서 넣고, 주걱을 이용해 가능한 얇게 펴주세요.
6. Fry until the dough becomes translucent.
반죽이 투명해질 때까지 굽습니다.
7. Flip and cook the other side.
뒤집어서 반대쪽도 익힙니다.
8. Serve with a soy sauce, vinegar, sugar sauce.
간장, 식초, 설탕을 섞은 소스와 함께 제공합니다.
9. Enjoy!
