1.4 story - "When the Knight Knocks" should be done after the Black Shores 1.3 story. 😅 Recommended to finish the 1.0 chapters (Jinzhou Rising quest), then 1.1 and so on... would make more sense as to what/who you'll encounter during the later story.

That's the 1.1 zone... which is spoiler spoiler and spoiler, so you aren't supposed to be able to go there yet, unless you actually do the story. You could have went farther across if you used grapple, speaking generally.

No, the Calamity happened a long time ago... but there were various attacks by Tacet Discords happening throughout time.

Well... you could get it easier if you used Grapple. 😂 You can also Jump > Dash in the air > Grapple to reach higher. When Encore goes into the explosion mode, you can switch to another character so you don't get her hit, she will continue to explode but can't be damaged. If you want lvls spend your waveplates (they regenerate 10/hour, so full regen per day), you can also go into the guidebook to do stuff from that.

You can jump > dash in air > use Grapple to get really high, so you don't go around stuff, also can glide from high above after. Helpful for exploration. P.S. If you do a few more minutes of the story you will unlock the Levitation power, to help with puzzles on the map.

You can do the following for easier exploration: - 5 min more on story - unlocks a 3rd character for your team. - 10 mins more on story - unlocks grapple to explore easier. - go in the character menu and lvl up your characters, you have Level up there, killing stuff doesn't help your character lvl. - camera settings are plenty in the menu so it can get better if you need. - but most importantly, please increase camera distance for a better overview. - don't spam the dash button so many times that you get out of stamina, it will only slow you down to walking speed. - killing is faster if you switch characters often when they light up, they gain dmg and bonuses, and do extra dmg to enemies. Other stuff: - 15 more mins of story and you unlock the Convene function to summon characters. - do NOT use Asterites on the normal banner, save them for the Limited 5* banners, by buying golden orb wishes. - spend blue orbs on the Beginner banner at the top, it's 50 pulls max to get a 5*, as opposed to the normal 80. - you have a voucher for a free 5*, you can choose from the initial 5 5* characters, use it after you get the 5* from the beginner banner, so you don't get a duplicate. - maybe select better echoes. 😂 - you can also have 5 echoes equipped at the same time for a character, make sure they match for bonuses, Rover needs Spectro - golden ones, YangYang needs Aero - green ones. You don't really need to whale on this game, it gives plenty of free stuff, only spend if you want. I have every limited 5* character and some of their weapons and spent really little on the game, 5 euro a month for the sub and 10 every 1.5 months for the Podcast, that's an average of sub 12 euros per month.

About giving up genshin impact, man I got like 8k hours in CSGO, grew up on the older counter strike games before that but now that cs2 have come out I've been so climatized to all the different details, habits you develop, all those things in CSGO that I spent time learning and loving. CS2 is basically the same game, but not under the surface. It feels like playing basketball with a football if I can make a comparison. I just don't like it anymore, at all. It has pretty much been my favourite hobby since I was a kid and most of my friends I either kept in touch via the game or made via the game, some too far away to really meet or get to know deeper. And also a safe space of some sort growing up since it was consistent when everything else wasn't. It's so weird. Thats my gamer autism. Why did I get recommended this, its nice to just hear some real talk but man I've been binging youtube too long now
