I've had my Kickr Core a few years now and I love it. And I've used Wahoo SYSTM which is cool. I especially like the Michael Coty training rides, he's a great trainer. But rides tend to be redundant, and I noticed how slow they are to add new rides. I've been on the fence with transitioning over to Zwift, but you've inspired me to take that plunge now. Plus my employer will reimburse me up to $100 if I submit proof of 5 weeks of consistent training so it's pretty much a no brainer. But thank you Anouska for putting this video out there. 👍🚲🚲🚲

Hi Anouska I have the wahoo kickr core just had my 1st ride I have done the 36 kms then wind down calibration test but I still wonder why riding around Watopia people just fly past me I’m in like my hardest gear smallest cog doing 20kms per hour out on the trails I’d be faster I think is it anything to do with that difficulty slide thing ? In settings? But I’m loving it I can’t do my ftp test yet as I have a Brocken foot healing so just taking it very easy on the bike in a moon boot lol

The old "Milk Race" used to go up it.. Unrelenting and steeper the farther you get up it... Devils Staircase is another classic at back of Builth Wells on the Mountain Road.. The other side of the Bwlch is easier though from Bala ie the opposite direction if you want to get up it easier...

You might have burnt too many brain calories. Reading/spelling ability is slimmed down considerably 😅

I won a Wahoo Core in a raffle a few days ago... it hasn't even arrived, but I am getting SO EXCITED to use it after watching the videos you and others have shared about your experience! My bike hung in the garage for about 15 years, but I started riding again about a year ago and I think this indoor setup is going to help me take my riding to a level I never imagined!

Heya, could you confirm is the watch you are wearing in this video is the Vivoactive 4 or the 4S, I have really skinny wrist and worried the 4 might be way to big wheras the one you are wearing in the video looks like its a perfect fit :)
