@@el_juju personally I haven’t tried it however I’ve seen several videos of the game glitching and having a lot of graphical issues on the RP4 pro, I would need to try it and post the results here.

@@JDzWORLD I mean from a price point, it plays quite a lot of Switch games. Obviously not so demanding games. I am still testing which games are playable in which are not. so in future videos, the viewers can see what works and what doesn’t.

@@EmuRetroStation yes pro version. Only with certain Games, ps2 only NFS carbon and burnout. The rest works normal

@@MarcosVinicius-mo3dz I personally haven’t tried it. However I’ve heard from many owners that have RP4 pros. That this game and also Zelda TOK didn’t really ran well or even boot up. Nevertheless I can give it a try and let you know.

@@MarcosVinicius-mo3dz so I tried playing Zelda BOTW and in all the emulators it boots of however it has a lot of frame drops, screen tearing and graphical issues making it unplayable.

@@ThePro100DK ah good hearing didn’t even notice thanks. The background noise is actually circular saw from the neighbors shop. However you can hear the fan spinning at times. It’s in smart mode.

WHY SHOULD IT TURN IT OFF?

@@adrianomanfredini there is no need to turn off the fan, in smart mode it knows when to turn on and off automatically. However for switch games it’s best to leave it always on to avoid thermal throttling and the device to heat up.

@@rod.s on your Retroid swipe down from the screen, than swipe from right to left, you will see the control menus and chose the option that says cast to screen. You must have smart TV with chromecast so you can send the signal from your Retroid to your TV and a strong reliable internet connection to avoid to much lag.

@@EmuRetroStation I have a chromecast and whenever I cast from my phone it usually lags a lot, it might just be my internet. Did it lag at when using the retroid

Mario Kart 8 is running slow

@@juanramonsilva1067 I believe I was running it at 0.75 resolution I believe in 0.5 it’ll run better.

@@JerrardJDDavis-gy9hh yes this is the Retroid Pocket 4 Pro, and yes it can play PS2 , GameCube and even Wii games. It doesn’t overheat because it has a built in fan which you can control it in the control panel it gives you options and profiles to choose. And yes you can play it on the TV. It has 3 ways, on the top of the device it has an opening to connect a micro hdmi cable which it outputs 720p display. On the bottom it has another opening for a video out type c which is the opening you would use to also charge and transfer data. That outputs 1080p display. And the last one is you can cast your device to your smart TV is has to be an android OS tv, and course you would need a strong reliable internet connection but it’s still playable check out my last video about it. Hasta x3 sin embargo cómo está pantalla es pequeña la resolución máxima es de 720p y 1080p cuando la conectas a un monitor desde el puerto de cargo que da 1080p video out vía cable tipo c. Así que si le subas la resolución en el emulador de ps2 no se notará la diferencia

Got into games again in my 30s and have been at emulation a little while, love android games, love game streaming, crazy job, crazy kids. This device plus my hotspot fills a little spot in my life. Very excited.

@@ALIEN1097x look for the APK version on google since they’re no longer on the playstore unfortunately, and that’s because they were on an older android version and firmware. However they still run on the RP4 pro with android 13 OS.

@@Tredd2138 it actually does crash, if you race in Mario kart stadium there is to much going on with the background and shaders compiling that it crashes. However the Mario circuit track in flower cup doesn’t do that. Only with specific tracks. I’m seeing which ones are the ones that are playable

@@pp-zn6kt the RG556 has a beautiful amoled screen it’s much bigger more Comfortable in the hands due to its ergonomic shape. However it’s less Powerful than the RP4 pro. The RG cube the screen in my opinion is to small all square not enjoyable in my opinion. The NS emulator some games will run it’s a hit or miss. But that’s due to its lack of driver support. PS2 Wii & NGC all run beautiful there is some games than I can’t seem to run very well on the PS2. The call duty games run slow for some reason i just need to find the correct settings to make it work. For the NGC it has issued running rogue squadron. There is just to much running in the background for the CPU/GPU to handle

I saw able to remove the glitches removing the accuracy to high however the same still crashed. This could probably be because the emulator needs to be updated which I hasn’t. Hopefully the new one Strato has better support.
