Tidy job. I thought that white paint covered the grey on the door very well. I've not used basecaot and clearcoat, but back in the day I would have primed that door before splashing some white on it

Really weird how that paint ended up looking like only the front door had been repainted in a darker shade.

Turned out fab , Have had this issue because I tend to paint replacement panels flat. No idea why though. Theirs me thinking they didnt do a good paint mix lol

Always lays down differently if panels are laid flat and off.i always blend on the car.this is what worried me about your van.

Couldnt u drop the sump and remove the head and remove the pistons and change the rings if the bores are ok

I done the same type repair on an Astra k last week. Painted all panels Friday in z22s fitted and polished today. Wing looks off to door so blowing in tomorrow 👍🏻🇬🇧

funny enough, i may need to repaint mine soon... actually paint is really good just few stone chips thats bugging me ..... if your clear is ok would a wrap be cheaper... i costed it to 250 ish if you diy

To me, it looks like a lot of faff to strip down and repaint in a different colour. Is there that much profit in doing it? Anyway, I'm liking this and think is there anything you could do with the rear side "windows" that could make it more "car like"?
