Excellent technique Dr. Dhir. How would you differentiate this tumor from a normal but prominent sphincter apparatus if it were not for ulcerated papilla on endoscopy and a dilated duct (with I am assuming elevated bilirubin)?

Sir, it is a difficult case, I had a question for you. The guide-wire went all the way to the duodenum, you showed the jejunum loops by giving it opaque. My question is this: We leave the metallic stent in the duodenum lumen about 2 cm while inserting the duodenal scope. How do you adjust the distance of the metal stent hanging from the duodenum when applying a stent to the duodenum with Eus?
The contrast in duodenum gives us an idea about the position of ampulla.
