Those aren’t spring rolls, their summer rolls and you aren’t supposed to cook them, once you wet them and wrap them up their good to eat, try cooking the filling before putting it in next time! But maybe try it in a spring roll, as it might handle the sauce better

Try my mother's simple recipe. Cutting the cabbage like for salad, stir-frying the cabbage with oil mince garlic and shallot. When the cabbage & garlic are soft, put beaten eggs, cook until the egg are done, season with salt sugar and white pepper. Eat with warm rice. I like it when the cabbage is browning. Cabbage is a veggie we always buy in bulk, so any leftovers mostly become this dish.
