I agree. The way I see it is that the whales in the game spent tons on their summon decks and Netease is finding that releasing more powerful summon cards for their shitty OP summon decks makes them more money because the whales will be inclined to overspend on those cards.. If they give spell users an upper hand or even a helping hand to counter their whales' decks, they may lose money.

I believe they did it like this specifically because of the McGonagall echo. If they were all spells, you'd be able to do it twice for only 16 MP through Review Session cards, and if you used Priori Incantato on the first one, you'd basically be able to spam it.

Yeah, I kinda agree with you. I just had a run-in with people who used this card with their twins echo deck. They combined this card with their high level Abigail and the freaking Giant Squid. I mean how was I supposed to fight both Abigail and the Squid when the new card was in effect stopping me from gaining mana as a spell user?😂

@@KyleEvra-15 Not sure tbh. The three wands being summons is an effective way of making it not overpowered by spell-based echoes (Harry, Luna, McGonagall, Ron and Hermione). Honestly, I think Dumbledore Echo might be the best way to go, since all that matters is the MP spent, plus if you get another one through the 2 cost card, you can build it up a bit quicker. Then again, I'm not pro dueller, so go with your gut, I suppose.

What really bugs me out is how they deliberately nerf spell users, while simultaneously boosting summon players every season just to appease them because they don't have the IQ and skills to play spells.
