You mentioned preparing a plate of food for ancestors. Do expect the food to disappear? Better question does it disappear? Most of my ancestors were deceased by the time that I was born. It would be so uncomfortable to connect with spirits that I don't know and never knew. I am trying to get an understanding of whether everyone benefits from trying to connect with the unfamiliar.

I keep having UA-cam videos coming up on my feed on how to make jewelry so today I went to hobby lobby and walmart and both times I ended up in the aisles that have jewelry making supplies and just seemed to find them without asking where they were or having been in them before. A younger woman at hobby lobby with 2 young children started talking to me and I told her that I don't know how to make jewelry and she told me you got this. So i bought a few things.

Hello! I have a very diverse background; Spain, Portugal, different parts of Italy, France, and Germany. How do I know which ancestors to talk to? Or should I reach to them all? It's kind of confusing because I don't really know where I actually come from. Great vid!

Thank you. you helped me remember a little bit more about Ancestors. Ancestors want to heal. Ancestors want us to heal. Ancestors want to heal through us. Ancestors want us to heal our current life and trans generational trauma (their unresolved wounds). Ancestors love to live and enjoy life through us. Ancestors love to feel recognised, remembered, honoured. We owe them our physical body. They can provide: protection, structure, guidance, blessings and even miracles. A relationship need to be build to reconnect to them.

I really enjoyed this. My friend is bringing me some road opener baths and I decided to get a head start. This felt good. Thank You!
