Yeah I am a capcut editor and I dont know how to use any other editing app and I dont want to learn. Originally it was fine, just a few that arent really worth much to me honestly but suddenly, ALL MY FAVOURITE EFFECTS Are becoming pro. Not a single text is available. BARELY anything is available. I dont want to use the app anymore but i dont have a choice

Dude you can pay adobe premiere pro for 2.5x the price and capcut has less features because of "pro" i swear if capcut make you buy the app and to continue you need to buy pro im losing it

I just use the pro without paying, screen record the video, crop it, then post it. So you won't have to pay:D

im a pretty average capcut editor. i just came back after a few months and look at that shockwave (the worst effect in my opinion) has gone pro. the other bad effects have gone pro too. a lot of glitches. lag. and then.. bad tv (one of the most useful effects for shakes) has gone pro too. i cant adapt to any other editing software. im probably switching over to vivacut cuz its just capcut but better. capcut is ruining its own community.

I was a CapCut user once and I am beyond pissed that the once free app became a money hungry greedy app that Bytedance owns. As of today, 10th of January 2025, I am now using KineMaster on mobile and Davinci resolve on PC. If this continues, i will leave a horrible rating on the app. I just noticed that in my country Pro costs 250 buvks for monthly and more than 2.5K BUCKS FOR YEARLY.
