Gratitude is about Yenni, a young Indonesian woman who accompanies her husband, a scholarship grantee, to Australia. Not being able to pursue her own career in the new setting, she has to do manual labour to support her family. As each day goes by, and she gets farther from the ideal life she had imagined, she has to find her way back to happiness
