He's cancer come back and got worse and it killed him

I know everyone has already said cancer but I want to say the detailed version. He had to have his leg amputated from cancer. He thought it was all over until he felt a shaking in his hip. He went to get checked out and they found more cancer in multiple parts of his body. He went out on his own to a gas station and got sick and called hazel and she called an ambulance. When he got better he had hazel and their friend go to a church to say what they would say at his funeral so he could here it. 8 days later that cancer filled his whole body and he died. I am sorry this is so long but I thought I would explain it or you.
