The best way is to always have 1 or 2 Red Lanterns equipped. Faceworm nest in small parties used to give a lot I'm not sure now. Removal (Fireman looking monster in bio labs 1) gives a better chance but It will have other mobs in there and is harder.

i used to farm karvo on the poison spores above prontera, drop chance is kinda low tho

I would but i need to make a new save for this, the other cheats will mess up trophies/achievements. Maybe when i stream again i can do cheats and play my non cheat save when i don't stream as its not as enjoyable for the actual stream.

Yes I kinda agree I rarely heard it at times. Also its got a low priority vs other voices. I can try turning up voices next time I play/stream. Also I think it turns itself off if you die?

no here there was a glitch but , it was apparently just visual
