Whoa, After go’ogling Simmy Krotiel’s latest I noticed it had undergone revisions to add 4 ins. and even more using accelerated growth techniques, after 3 ins. more I feel so huge now, thanks
I wonder how much potential damage to the dorsal nerve branches of the glans would result from this T shunt procedure.
What if you have had stage 4 carsnomia cervical cancer and have stents put in for years now they want to do a stricture
what is transprostatic cystectomy? I think thre was mistake in translation
I had a patient 40+ yr old- amphetamine addict - who got ischemic recurrent priapism - was shy to say the first day of hospitalization and expected it would be resolved as he used to. third day it was intolerable pain and we aspirated but didn't work, so then the T-shunt was done. I am a senior psychiatrist and in the past, we used to see cases of priapism after prostaglandins intracav. injection but usually reversible with ice fomentation. your video and lecture are amazing. Can I ask about a later sexual life prognosis?
I feel like Gandalf is proudly praising us in Gondor after tossing the ring in Mt Doom.
Thank you, I missed this valuable webinar live but here, I see it's very good one
great , much informative.. thank you so much
YES! watching how I blasted all over the "place" in less than a month was shocking, I used what I talked about the other day, and although it actually took about 5 weeks for my volume to double, I just go'ogled Jan Venstaker's Shooting Ropes and her reaction has been priceless!
Very nice sir
What is maximum stone size by RIRS with suction?
Great info, just the expression on her face when I gushed a crazy endless river was so exhilarating, I used what I mentioned last month and after the first 3 weeks or so my volume visibly doubled, I went ahead and go'ogled Jan Venstaker's Shooting Ropes and the intensity has been insane!
After these treatment dick will work or not
I wasn't convinced at first, but watching how I blasted all over the "place" in less than a month was shocking, I used what I talked about the other day, and although it actually took about 5 weeks for my volume to double, I just go'ogled Jan Venstaker's Shooting Ropes and her reaction has been priceless!

Funny, until recently I hadn't realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's a relief! Although what he previously suggested was pretty good, it was a real pain to follow... I just go'ogled the latest in Mario's Thunderous Erections, it's so much easier and potent now!
I’ve got low T since I started Methadone for OUD last year. I first noted the sexual symptoms. But, one of the symptoms that let me know I had a hormonal problem was a symptom that is not mentioned here. And that is a complete loss of pubic hair, loss of hair under my arms, and loss of a great deal of my body hair. I used to be pretty hairy, and I noticed the hair under my arms was gone. I also thought my skin was getting very soft, and when I looked in the mirror I 11:09 noticed the hair on my arms, legs, chest and belly was all disappearing. What’s left there now is very short and very fine. Also, I was almost relieved to hear that “decreased bending” is on the list, because it is so difficult for me to bend down that I try to avoid it. Along those same lines I started having real difficulty rising up from a chair. So basically I have almost every single symptom listed. So I really can’t wait to get my Testosterone replacement therapy started. I really hope this will stop my hot flashes too. My coworkers are always joking and telling me I’m going through “Male Menopause”. And I just laugh along with them because that’s exactly what it feels like.
Wonderful video. I’m wondering how you’re able to use the arterial punch robotically and also what tubing is that you use to irrigate the artery before tightening your final stitch.
Boa noite que nem sei de onde começar porque nem sei se vais ler a mensagem mas gostaria de saber mais.
Totally unexpected, I just realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's crazy! Although what he previously talked about was pretty decent, it was difficult to follow, I just go'ogled the latest in Mario's Thunderous Erections, it's so much simpler and potent now!
Mario Bros? The guy with the mustache that fight muschrooms everyday? Didn't know he's an urologist.
Thanks a lot! Very useful!😊
Great presentation, thank you for your time.
In your professional opinion. Which scenario would be more likely. RCC with a T1b N0 M? with rare sclerotic bone mets or synchronous RCC/prostate cancers?
I like your content! Your channel is not well-optimized The video's "SEO" score is weak. That's why your channel rank is low in subscribers and video views.

Age27 Bulbur structure 1cm after bad and hard catheterization in 2016. Oiu 2020 After one year again low urine stream. End to end urethroplasty after 10 days of catheter removal again low urine stream. Now doctor says for cestoscopy. Why the results of end to end urethroplasty minimum? Plz advise me
This is an excellent presentation, want to comment on few points; the straight incision given and the two ends of it tailing into two directions is called fishtailing, it is usefull as the contractire of tunica is in two planes and should be corrected in both planes so needs top be done whenever applicable regarding the question raised that can buccal mucosa graft be used the answer is NO, since mucosa is an epithelialized surgace can re used as a resurfacing agent either for mucosa or skin or uretha but never embedded at at places were both surfaces are covered with tissue. I as a plastic surgeon will recomend excision of diseased tissue completely, mark the edges with methlene blue, take a implession on suture cover (template Formation) and trim the fraft through same shape and use it. This technique will make the perfect shape of graft as complex shapes cant be measured in length and breadth. The best graft will be deepithelizesd dermis or Venous graft all allografts will contract over the period of time the reason being they are actually not grafts but biologically derived scaffolds, which have gone through a process of elemination of antigenicity and acellurization.
Seems very uncontrollable and messy, like they just have the blood squirting ANYWHERE
Can SACRAL NERVE STIMULATION work for a weak bladder meaning it is not contracting with strength, this was fue to pelvic floor surgery in a female 70 years old.

OH GOD....Its gonna hurt SO MUCH when he first ends up pissing on his own...I've had most of my prostate removed and I'm only 37; about the size of a raisin. The prostate is about the size of a golf ball...My Prostate Cancer case is literally now in new Urologic study magazines and things written about it. I was told by an entire Urologic Team of MD's and DO's that I was THE YOUNGEST on this Eastern side of the United States to develop Prostate Cancer...Oh yeah...This was done in 2006...I was ONLY TWENTY! I can't have children because of that procedure...You have no idea it kills me that I'm not able to give my Parents Grandchildren...But then again, no female wants me anyhow. But yeah, I went through Chemo and a process called Brachytherapy...They're tiny pellets about the size of a grain of rice...They little inserted about 20 of these little radioactive pellets up my arse...TMI, I know...They made me SO SICK. I would vomit about 3 times every hour...They remained there for nearly 4 months. Radioactive pellets up my arse. I must have done something terrible in a "past life" or something to go through what I went through...😭 I feel terribly sorry for this dude...This poor fellow is gonna go through some SHIT upon awakening from anesthesia and for probably about the entire next YEAR, or even more. Even when I would have Cystoscopies, I would literally SCREAM the first time I managed to pee on my own; Not to mention that the Urologists wanted to be completely sure about what was going on with me...SO, that led me to go about having around 10 Cystoscopies before the main Urologist wanted to go about starting me on the awful Chemo and the main Surgery was finally put into motion...A Cystoscopy TODAY is just a reinforced camera that's about the same as the scope they use for Endoscopies. Only THIS ONE....goes up your Ding A Ling! Back in the day, they used a metal, un-flexable whatsoever, ROD to go up you! Thank Goodness THAT'S been phased out...But yeah, I hope this guy healed properly; I cringe whenever I see things like this...Yet, it's like a Trainwreck...Its HORRID, but....You can't look away! 😩
Thanks
I missed yesterday the presentation… Thank you for the opportunity offered for on demand presentation. Elezaj Shkelzen urologist
it's very interesting, thank you Sir
I ended up with retrograde ejaculation after rezum surgery and dont recomend it.
incase someone is reading this and thinking, wow that's bad! No its not. A man who seeks a Rezum is obviously suffering from symptoms related to an enlarged prostate and its serious enough that he's willing to pay to get relief from urinary related issues that could be causing pain or an inability to urinate etc.. Retrograde ejaculation is simply the medical term for not producing ejaculate on climax. It still happens and feels the same, you just don't fire off, so yes a problem for someone looking to have kids but otherwise, not a big deal! in fact most women learn that their man has retrograde and they applaud! A small inconvenience compared to what they were suffering from before. I should also add that it is a side effect of all prostate treatments.. and considerably highter in other treatments. Though it is extremely low in Rezum cases it does happen, but lets keep in perspective what were seeking help from and what this actually means...
when is the latest webinar cystectomy in t0 gonna be uploaded ?
Excellent!
Did you have to add the Lord of the Rings music?
The video is educational and helpful. But the music is immensely beautiful too
