It's gotten to a point where 80% of problems are timing issues with the kick, so I'm gonna get met, and a bit harder on myself to place those notes more accurately. The other stuff, like phrasing and knowing when to make fills and change grooves, will kinda take its shape as I find my style of drumming.

My stock resonant head rippled on me after tuning it 3/4 turns around and it was not very tight out of the box. What amount of turns did you give yours?

I am very confused at your use of tuplets. Like 10:25 when you just did eighth note triplet subdivision and then wrote in every other note, just do quarter note triplets. or here at 7:10, is beat 4 supposed to be the same rhythm as beat one? If not my mistake, but that's what it sounds like, and if that's intentional, that seems needlessly complicated. Idk, everything here works, it's just odd to me
Oh and the measures where you did a beat of eighth note triplets and then eighth note ninelets, like they're the same exact note lengths, you couldve just wrote the whole bar as triplets, I don't understand
I kinda knew I was writing it was a bit weird but at time hadn't had much experience writing music on this level even though it's watered down. So I just wrote what sounded good and worked best. Thanks for the feedback. This can help improve in the future.
