Shooting In Manual Real World Examples
Use the exposure triangle to shoot in manual, real world examples. I will ask you what setting you think I should change and then guide you through my next steps and why.
I also explain the differences between a mirrorless and dslr camera.

Scenic slow motion footage of Clover Island in Tri-cities. Great for studying or relaxation. All songs include piano.
I plan to take my parents here. Is the hike very difficult?
I LOVE this video. Your commentary is the best and so truthful! Been there done that to all of it! Wish you would make more. And thanks for including the much needed food stop afterwards. That’s our favorite part of hiking!
Great video. Love the way you shot with a selfie and front view. Thank you.
We're headed to Leavenworth tomorrow (9/1/23) to hike to Colchuck Lake Saturday morning (Labor Day Weekend). We are expecting parking lot to be packed. Cross your fingers for us. I will shoot video of it, but it won't come out as nice as yours! Well done!! (please provide some details about the two cameras you used to get the double shot at the end - walking through the parking lot)
Puedes volar un dron allá arriba ?
Si
Según el letrero que tenía abajo , no se puede
I’m planning on going tomorrow. Any areas that have a drop-off on one side of the trail? Not a big fan of cliffs.
This is what I was wondering, did you come across any of these when you went?
@@SilviaRB no, nothing that caused me any concern. One of the bridge crossings was a little weird because a lot of people were sitting right there and blocking the path so I had to walk around them on the edge of the rock by the river but it was cleared out on my way back.
@@MrPotatoHead343 I really really appreciate this update and prompt response. I’m going with my girlfriend this weekend and she knows heights and large drop offs are a hard no for me. Thank you so much, it sounds like I’ll be going Saturday.
@@SilviaRB I’m the same way. Hope you have a great time. Once you get up to the lake where you see the view, you can hike down but it’s pretty steep. I didn’t go since I was exhausted, but if you do want to get to the water, I recommend bringing some hiking poles. Hope you have a wonderful time!

Victor and wife, and Mayra I enjoyed the video!!! I looks so real and so excited 😂!
The birds fed are Gray Jays, commonly called Camp Robbers. They are fearless around people and will almost always take food from your hand if offered. They often will swoop in and steal anything that attracts their attention, from your pack, picnic basket, open car, jacket left unattended, etc. They also may dive bomb your head if they're feeling particularly rambunctious. Like most wild birds, they can carry mites, lice and other fun things. It is not wise to encourage them.
what month was this?
Wassap it yo boy Daniel
Also, what did you feed the bird, he seemed to really like it!
Thank you so much for this video! So so so very helpful
I like your humour. "Bring water, bring snacks, bring sandwiches..." You forgot to mention "Bring easy quick transportation back after you've reached the lake!" Tbh, it's not so much the hiking as the exploring that interests me - checking the scenery, studying the plants and rocks - all which is meant to be done more leisurely. I'm more a naturalist than a hiker. But it looks like you guys had fun! You gave a nice honest assessment that will help other new hikers too. One last thing, how cold was the lake? Looks cold!
thank you for posting @Victor Tirado

Super, prelepo👍👍👍👍❤️❤️💯💯👏👏👏👏👌🙋♀️🙋♂️🙋
Super video, poučno👏👏👏👏❤️💯👍🙋♂️
how many hours did it take you from trail head to the lake?
It’s Soo beautiful how I wish we could visit this place by December if it’s open lol
Is this doable In the winter ??
I’m not sure, we’ve only gone in the summer.
Great video I use this all the time on my channel!
Thanks, very useful. Wish I would have know about it as a beginner.
Dumb question Did you use a app to figure out where to go? Or is there signs?
The trail is well marked, there were just a few signs, but we had gone with someone who had done the trail before. Just watch our video a few times, you’ll be fine.
Thank you for the video!!
Don’t loop it
How was the drive up there? I have a city driver and was considering renting an off road vehicle to go up there. Thoughts?
The drive did not need an off road vehicle until maybe about half a mile from the start of the hike, where it was dirt road.
Did you walk back on same trail you came up on?
Yes we did!
i really enjoyed this video
Nice! Very mellow-ly Energetic actually, I would rename it to cleaning music because it's smooth enough not to distract, but driving enough to keep you going 😀
A chicken salad with chicken. What a novel idea!!
Did this hike yesterday and I really felt this video! I shouldn’t have done the hike. I’m way too fat and out of shape LOL It took me over 9 hours (90 minutes in the dark!) but your commentary is sooooooo accurate.
All that matters is you made it. Keep on hiking!
Just please do not feed birds, squirrels, anything.
Love your candid comments haha "Guy just passed us with his baby..." I know that feeling!
awesome video! thank you for all the details, when you said 8 to 9 miles is that one way or roundtrip?
One way path, one way you go up and one way you go down, it’s 4 hours up and 2 hours down i went with my cousin
I’ll be doing this in one month (mid sept). After bridge 2, is the trail clearly marked with those huge rocks? Is the trail off to the right of the rocks? As you continue, is there marking on trees? I saw some parts where you could mistake it for the trail and don’t want to get lost. How long did it take you? When did you start and finish?
Invest in a GPS and never have that fear again.
Go right after the rocks. Took about 7 hours. Started at 10am to 5pm. Started at 10am - 5pm 1.5 hours at the lake
I definitely appreciate how candid you are with this video. We all know the end result of how the beautiful the lake is, but hardly anyone really describes the arduous, challenging journey of getting there. Dope video!
I enjoyed this video and all the info provided. I want to do the hike, i appreciate all the timetable you provided as well to have an idea. Thanks 🥰
Are you my auntie?
Hahaha I felt the “endless path to the parking lot” part
Was there any drone restrictions?
I didn’t use a drone, just a gimbal and my iPhone. When I went there I didn’t see any drone restrictions.
I think there are in all wilderness areas
Love your humor and honesty with the how the trail was.
Beautiful video, so how many miles to the trail and how much elevation gain?
What time of the day would you recommend starting?
I saw someone on TikTok who did this and she said she got there at 5am and it was already crowded. The whole trail itself is like 24 miles.
I would recommend hiking on a weekday. We started at 10am.
And what camera do you use
I don’t what you just said, but I need to go google all those fancy words 😂 Yay for beginners videos! Can’t wait! The cart 🤣🤣🤣 it belongs to the homeless Im sure.
You should visit Yosemite and make one of these
One day
This video is super relaxing. You are awesome for making this! Keep it up man!
Thanks
