First of all, I need to clarify that I never seen one of the units in person, but a friend of mine bought a unit there and I was looking at pictures with damages on this brand new apartment. They refuse to fix the problems and give them a hard time despite putting their life savings in this apartment. This ignorant behavior is unacceptable. Furthermore I need to add that I have seen an advertisement Video of the apartment in question and all that was advertised was largely not delivered (e. g. bathrooms, ceilings with build in lights). As a journalist living in Europe, I find such business attitude is disgusting when a company wants to get your money and then once you have issues, they refuse to fix it. There is a clear legal binding contract which they violated, and despite the fact they are in violation of the contract, they are hardheaded and refuse to fix damages with value of roughly $8000. I’m not sure I believe it equals around 1 million ksh. Personally, from what I heard and what I have seen I would not recommend them to anybody. How can you sell an apartment to a client and You have a defects liability and after your client complaints, you still refuse to fix the defects this is purely ignorant. Here in Europe this is called fraud, to advertise something and deliver something else. That’s not value for money.

Horrible paint work on the interior, anybody can see in the Video. Poorly done.

Looked at a project and feel somehow mocked. They advertise with nice videos but if you ask if you can select the style of lamps you want they say its not included in the sales prize, unlike other developers. In 8 out of 10 projects I have seen lamps are included in the purchase price and buyer has discretion on selection of certain fixtures.

Looked at a project in Parklands a while ago and the finnishing is not good. They sell apartments which look second hand, some installations are damaged. I have seen damaged tiles, walls are not plastered properly, doors are scratched. Compare to a Chinese project they need to improve.

So the completion will be end of 2025?
