On Friday, October 4, members of the Social Engagement subcommittee of the PVAC Delta DEARS partnered with MomsRising in a postcard writing event that encouraged moms all over the country to go to the polls and VOTE!! The DEARS wrote over 300 postcards during their time together.

The Montgomery County Board of Education Candidates Forum was an engaging and crucial event for voters. Candidates were given the opportunity to articulate their plans and priorities for the county's educational future in a public setting. Attendees heard robust discussions on topics such as curriculum enhancements, school equity, and community engagement.
