Ian's podcast brought me here (She Ruined My Career)! I've read some accounts that the bag contained water, and i wonder if they switched to or from water and why they did. I am a bit too old for this promotion, and all we had when i was in school was a pop machine that could take these weird printed coupons through the dollar bill slot. It was a special coupon that Coke made was scrip (a special type of coupon that counts as cash). It was essentially a paper gift card. Most businesses don't use these anymore because they very quickly became very easy to fake, especially the coke coupon. you didn't buy the coke to win the coupon though, you could get them from the school for doing various things, or if you were lucky enough to catch the coke guy refilling it, he always had some and would give a few to people. so our prize was the drink rather than the drink being in the prize. although, one of my friends did win a lunch with Sarah Michelle Geller through one of the various promos that coke or pepsi ran. He was too young to understand what it was or how to redeem it, so he hid in his room and didn't show anyone for a few years lol (and never redeemed it). He was a huge Buffy fan too and was obsessed with SMG. he later told me that he thought it meant that SMG would come to his house for lunch eventually as long as he had the bottle top. he probably still has the thing lol

What aircraft type was that? It seems to me that it is an older plane. The engine pylon reminds me of those on a 707 or DC-8 but that can't be correct. Doesn't Royal Jordanian fly modern, newer aircraft?

I was so young when this was a thing that I thought had to search this to make sure it wasn’t a fever dream. But no. No milk used to moo. These were simpler times and I really wish we could have them back. It’s uh… it 2022 now… yeah… crazy… we uh make milk out of nuts now… and uh watch our movies on our phones we don’t actually use phones as phones anymore- in fact I’m writing this uh on my phone... But if things go the way Elon wants pretty soon movies will be played straight into our brain chips… unless of course Mark gets his way and we use VR headsets… dang whoever came up with that moo box idk man- bring them back.

He must be a young bird in this vid because all cockateils have the bars on the tail until their first molt, then they either grow back bared(female) or clear(male) although it may take a few months to a year to tell that way with pied cockatiels :)

is this the first time your training your tiel? or is this like u kno the 3rd trick or a week after u initially taught him not to seem doubting, just jealous lol my tiel wont leave my shoulder long enough to see a ball btw wat kind of ball is that???
