I can't believe how much of a difference she made on defense, possession of the ball, control of midfield, and connecting the defense with the offense. Thank you for uploading Morgan's highlights as her work is subtle and easy to miss. However, without it, the defense wouldn't have been as impenetrable, the offense wouldn't have gotten the ball in such good spots, and Lloyd wouldn't have been freed up to be such an amazing impact on the offense. Simply awesome! If she continues to develop the long range shot that she almost scored with against Japan, she could be another Lloyd...which is saying a lot!

Incredible defensive instincts, and what pin-point passing accuracy! It's like she can visualize the whole field while having the ball at her feet! I also like the fact that she plays on the same team as Carli Lloyd, and have that important connection on the USWNT. Her presence allowed Lloyd to move forward starting with the China game. It is fair to say that she was the wind beneath Lloyd's wings! And boy did Carli Lloyd fly!
