To anyone seeing this Cardio isn't a fat burner what would help you lose weight is a calorie deficit through diet. Even at that 10kg a week is impossible with a healthy diet without any harm being done too your body. Don't listen to this video and search upw as to start a caloric deficit instead.

Stay away from this bad product. The model running in the photo must weigh 50 kilos. For people serious about walking or running, especially close to the manufacturer's claimed weight limit for this "product", go for the street or gym treadmills. There is no adjustment or lubrication that fits the maximum weight this toy electric treadmill claims to support. Excellent for puppies and children. SereneLife, you will never have my money or that of the people around me again if I can intervene. Broke in one month.

Treadmill sucks. Belt isn’t smooth so it’s rough on your knees.

Over time you may find the treadmill to be wobbly, creaking or rubbing when using on a hard surface. Check the 6 rubber feet on the underside of the unit. They tend to unscrew and provide uneven support. Try tightening them to resolve the issue.

I just got one of these from Amazon. It turns on but that's it. I've read the manual, plugged it in, turned it on, pushed the buttons. It worked once in Preset. I want to just turn it on without a preset program. Ugh.

I have the IPO treadmill and I think customers should FIRST try it by finding a store that is selling it before outright buying one. First of all it is a little tricky trying to figure out where to place your feet just to get it to move. When it goes in sleep mode after a workout the instructions indicate to walk 3 small steps consecutively in a 5 second time frame, but because the IPO is so sensitive I had to stop and try again several times in order to figure out if my feet were placed in the right location and if I was moving fast enough? So the idea that the machine senses the touch and placement of your feet is interesting with a digital floor gauge, the customers may still find it a bit annoying and frustrating to figure out this machine, "WHEN ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS RUN, OR WALK IMMEDIATELY!" Also there isnt any videos showing what to do to wake the treadmill up after it goes into sleep mode, nor on how to clear the digital readout after a run? THE INSTRUCTIONS BOOKLET REALLY DOESN'T EXPLAIN THIS IN DETAIL WITH PICTURES AND STEPS. If anything put a START UP BUTTON ON THE MACHINE ITSELF SO CUSTOMERS CAN START THEIR WORKOUT IMMEDIATELY!" So to sum up.......yes it is cool that it stores easily and creates a good workout environment. I just think that if your going to bring something innovative to the market dont make it too complicated to learn and or at least make much better explanatory instruction manual
