@@Markkudlualik-l4w loosen the limiter strap to last hole tight your front shock to the max and untight your rear shock to the max setting so its as loose as possible. That’s what I did on mine

Cant compare this to a sidewinder tho. The brutale is a 50 cm track, not 40 like most sport sleds. This is basicly a work sled made to be sporty and "light". 240 hp is also muld for a sidewinder, its like stage 2😂. They do 350 ish without changes to the motor. If you really want horsepower you turbo a built apex/rx1 or the 1050 engine

started on a stock m8000, then a m1100 pushing 20-25psi... its nuts

I understand that the prices of the latest sleds are skyrocketing.. but at least 600r is more different than the engine. at least lynx have. the weight ratio is certainly good in skidoo

how do you find the power of the 600 efi?? i have had mine for 3 seasons and i have 8900kms on it.. so far bullet proof !!i do find it loud though

@@michaelgmcauliffe I think the power is great! They are not that heavy so thats good and has for now I go pretty much anywhere I want! this fall I’m changing the gearing tho since the backcountry is more trail ish I will have a similar gearing has the summit!

Never rode the 550 but my efi gets me anywhere

Our work( forestry in BC) has 550 carb tundras and we also have newer 600 EFI tundras. The throttle response changes the motor completely, especially when you need to feather the throttle. The chassis changes are the biggest difference though, can't even compare the new and old sleds really for their capabilities.

This is the 600 Efi.. 600R etec is in a whole other league. It has no problem keeping up with naturally aspirated 800cc.

2 inch lug and the deepest i went was about 2.5 feet of deep snow but it was the deepest it ever got here so yeah

Yes for the price you pay they are pretty nice. Im gonna change the gears in mine and probably something with the clutches. Should wake it up more 🤟

Dans le fond le skidoo a se moment yer toute stock pour squier de la suspension mon shock est au plus louse et ma limiter strap est aussi au plus louse. Pour la largeur des ski je suis au moin large donc a 38 pouce. Pour les shock du devant il sont au plus tight. Merci!!

Nice snow! I’m in Quebec, and have the 2023 with 2” track. I’m surprised where it can get me in deep snow. For 12k I’m not complaining. I wanted something my teenager can learn on, (light) and something I can go out for rides and follow my dad to the hunting cabin. I can keep up with dads 900 ace and mine goes in deeper snow because it’s 200 lbs lighter. This is like my 1994 tundra on steroids.
