I think there are numerous different causes for patm and mebo. What works for one, doesn't necessarily work for others. We all have our own unique body chemistry and gut and skin biome. Known triggers for me are sugar, dairy, any cruciferous vegetables and pretty much anything that's high in thiols. These things make the smell worse. Nothing so far has stopped it altogether. It's like having all the pieces of a jigsaw puzzle but no picture to show how it goes together. Frustrating AF. 😫
