How to make Palak Paneer like a Pro..Kind of! (And Maybe Laugh a Little)
Welcome to the most entertaining Palak Paneer recipe you’ll ever watch! 🎬 In this video, I attempt to make everyone's favorite spinach and paneer dish with a healthy dose of humor, a dash of chaos, and maybe just a little too much garam masala. 🧀🌿
Watch as I battle spinach leaves, take out my frustrations on a blender, and question my life choices with chopped onions. By the end, you'll have a delicious dish (hopefully!) and a whole lot of laughs. 😂
Perfect for anyone who loves Indian food, enjoys cooking with a twist, or just needs a good laugh while learning how to make this classic dish.
👉 Ingredients: Cumin, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, onion, tomatoes, spinach, paneer, and a few spices!
Serve it with roti, naan, or pulav - and don’t forget to enjoy the chaos!

Adding this for busting the myth about minimalism - borrowed from an article (Larsen & Eriksen) which very well articulates the concept: THE PHILOSOPHY OF MINIMALISM Contrary to common misconceptions, minimalism isn't about deprivation or sacrifice. Instead, it focuses on embracing quality over quantity. Minimalists are thoughtful in their selection of items, ensuring everything owned serves a purpose and enhances their experience. Marie Kondo, the Japanese organizing consultant, exemplifies this by promoting decluttering and assigning significance to personal belongings. Minimalism is also about intentionality, eliminating distractions, and making mindful choices. It promotes the value of experiences over material possessions, placing higher importance on meaningful items rather than those that merely occupy space. A minimalist lifestyle involves an internal focus, seeking personal harmony before external approval. It's a mindset, not a strict rulebook. The minimalist approach may seem challenging in a world overflowing with buying options. However, adopting such a lifestyle can lead to greater self-appreciation, focus, and stress reduction. Importantly, minimalism isn't about choosing cheaper options but making smart, valuable purchases that fulfill a purpose. In essence, minimalism promotes conscious decision-making about belongings, time, energy, and relationships. Minimalists are authentic, valuing simplicity and rejecting superficial mass consumerism. They aim to highlight the beauty, essence, and true purpose of things in their lives. As American spiritual teacher Vernon Howard stated, "you have succeeded in life when all you really want is only what you really need". This viewpoint aligns closely with the Scandinavian way of living, perhaps contributing to Danes frequently being ranked among the happiest nationalities. A BRIEF HISTORY OF MINIMALISM In the mid-20th century, the aftermath of the war created a pent-up demand for goods. Prior to this, people lived with scarce supplies and limited options, even for daily necessities. As consumerism flourished, maximalism peaked. However, this trend wasn't only influenced by the global financial situation. Infrastructure development, which facilitated accessibility to new materials like steel, glass, and concrete, also played a key role. Yet, it's widely agreed that the Minimalism movement took root in the 1960s and 1970s.

Extremely misleading and irresponsible, unless it was intended as a joke. Minimalism is not having 1. Please do your research before putting up a video like this which is a series of lame excuses to not move to a progressive and holistic thinking. Please understand what it really means before making a video like this. Instead provide tips on how people can embrace minimalism despite the challenges. Imagine if all the 144 cr indians decide to abandon minimalism, there will be nothing left. As educated and informed individuals, and being an influencer, you have a responsibility in spreading a message that makes a difference. India was a circular economy with reuse and recycle being in our DNA. But now with increasing income and purchasing power in India, most people are buying to please others in person or on instagram, X, etc. It's a choice to accept the mindset to choose quality, authenticity and create an impact rather than worrying what others think if me and pleasing them endlessly. A country like America is huge retail economy. One cannot even imagine the choices available for consumers from a spoon to a car. So it's not the environment but our responsibility for ourselves and future generation that we choose minimalism. I am happy to break some of the myths and think of how to adopt minimalism Clothes -instead of buying ill fitting cheap quality clothes during discounts, buy when you need. I work, i have a social life, doesn't mean I wear 1 set of dress everywhere. I buy for special occasions after making sure what I have in my wardrobe doesn't work. I keep functional clothes that can be work on multiple occasions - a blouse that can be worn as a top with jeans for causal wear, paired with a jacket dor formal wear or even with a saree for occasional wear. Most importantly, I have no shame repeating my clothes. My worth is not in what mean minded people judge about my clothes what impact I can make on the world because ligon ka kaam gain kehna. How many clothes will you wear to shut these people? Another important aspect, when I am done wearing a piece of cloth, dispose responsibly. If it's handled with care, pass it to someone who can wear them, else give it to firms who recycle them. Books: This may be a personal choice in terms of digital, or physical books. If you have physical books, exchange with your friends, neighbours and family to avoid buying the same books within the circle. Learn to give away, not all books are read more than once. If you are done reading, give it someone else who needs it. Consider subscription based book services which allow you to exchange books. And saying we cannot use library is lame and lazy. Takes a bit of effort but totally worth it.

Nice video to the point... I was having thoughts abt minimalism earlier... Then i too realized its not kind of possible in India particularly in dresses and vessels... Now i prefer going for good quality things that lasts long... And I still use coffee and jam jars for storage... 😂

Glad that you share the same point of view 🙂..like you I have become cautious while shopping for clothes and toto calculate the cost per use- like how many times I would wear it..interestingly higher cost was in expensive items which I wear very very rarely (silk sarees)..so switched to cotton kurtis and sarees
