Hello! Is it possible to connect that model directly to car can bus? In manual stated that Pioneer SPH-DA77DAB may display the operation status such as gauge, vehicle information etc. (manual page 46). I going to install that pioneer on 2007 Touareg, I bought also Connects2 (CTSVW002) Touareg car stereo lead adapter. Dont you know is Connects2 support that functions I mean display vehicle data? If Connects2 does not support, could you advice some adapter please?
the unit wont directly but if you add a connects 2 infotainment adaptor you can get to vehicle settings via can

Do you use standard plywood for a sub box or something different? Just curious.
its treated birch but i prefer the cut of mdf its a nicer finish but the ply lasts longer in damp areas
and the glued layers hold the blade too much
