Really important mindset points there. My sports involve horses so while not inanimate objects - they can still throw in the odd surprise that ‘ruins’ your training. Did I die? and Chuck it in the fuck it bucket have been mantras for a while!

Fudge works better when your deciding if you should by that new piece of equipment. You use the fudge it budget.

I think you should train Big Loz wife Liz as she started her first comp last then got to 6th. would be an interesting training session with her and talk about things. Mitch Hooper has a good mindset. Wining does not mean “ that” much to him. Not wining is not too important either. He appears to place more importance on just getting better. True he is in a position of being a winner but I think he really means it.

I remember watching a video of a smaller girl going to try and lift some big stones all the big girls couldn't lift . She tried and tried put her heart and soul in it and those stones came off the floor . I must have watched that video a million times . You can do whatever you put your mind to .
