Does it work on ps5?

In the PC mode you can't use bumpers and C/Z buttons as a separate buttons! I think it should be mentioned cause it has absolutely no sense in terms of emulation.

From where should I buy?

Big fan of Rod Land, having finished all the ports and even the arcade original (1-credit clear). It was fun seeing all the differences between all the different releases. Sadly, none of them include the second episode from the arcade game, where you save your father, which has completely new stages, enemies, bosses, music, and cutscenes. By the way, naming Rit or Tam in the NES version as SHT, FUK, BUM, TIT, SEX, VAJ, CNT, POO, NOB, or DIK, will make them blush. Also, when you make the girls rivals, they'll both be wearing sunglasses and a cap.

I bought a physical version for SNES. Just played it. It fucking sucks. This should have stayed in Japan. Besides there being contact damage, which is always a good start to any shitty game, your character controls like a dickhead. I just want to jump, shoot, and jump again, but NOPE. Everything you do takes FOREVER. If you shoot while you're falling, you'd better hope you have 150 feet between you and the bottomless pit because you can't control your character again until the game is damn good and ready. You also can't quickly turn around and shoot something behind you. You have to turn around, count to three, and THEN you're allowed to shoot, after you take a step towards the enemy, of course. And by then, it's almost certainly too late; you're already hit. And there's plenty of cheap deaths, like where you just jump over a gap and immediately there's some asshole who spawns from the right and knocks you back into the pit before you even have a chance to react. Fucking awful. Don't buy this garbage. Whoever called this a hidden gem is an idiot. By the way, the cartridge itself isn't even great. The sticker on mine is peeling off so the end label isn't visible on my shelf. That's before I even played it a single time.

I would have preferred a direct sequel Chubibinman 4, but I don't think the creators of the old game (NCS) or whoever they sold it to would bother because there is only a very small audience these days.

Are the trigger buttons analog and can I connect it to pc via cable or bluetooth without dongle?

Great fun, loved playing the Amiga version.

Are there plans for a Bluetooth version of this controller? 2.4GHz makes sense at home, but it's not as convenient for mobile use... (edit) I have a 2.4GHz Genesis controller, and I'm very pleased with it, but I came looking for a Bluetooth controller because I've been using it mostly with my Steam Deck lately (which requires the USB-C hub).

I'm playing it on PS5 today, but once the cartridge ships I've got an SNES and a CRT to play it on.

Why a Saturn version and not a Dreamcast one?

The sound on the Gameboy version is great

On arcade version each player can throw a ladder simultaneously. Ive played through this game multiplayer a couple times, a really fun game. I have an order in for the NES version and look forward to playing this one 👍

As an old fart who lived through the SNES era as a kid, I’ve been absolutely loving all these SNES releases by Retro-Bit. Getting to put my grubby mitts on titles like this, King of Demons, uncensored Assault Suits Valken and ( going back a few years I’ll admit) Undercover Cops has been awesome. It’s like new SNES games are coming out again! I’ll be pre-ordering Shockman for sure. I’m still crossing my fingers for Clock Tower …or maybe even something crazy like Cooly Skunk, Hyper Iria, or Ihatovo Monogatori.

As a certified Mega Man fan, I approve of this release. Shockman is called “the Mega Man of TurboGrafx” for a reason.
