Sorry about the lag in the video after I watched around 1 hour and 10 minutes of the episode. Since this was a long episode and the editing took a long time too, I will not re-edit and re-upload. It's only for around 5 minutes and then it's normal again.

Tohru and Kobayashi shared drinks when they first meet.....Kobayashi being drunk when they meet after drinking away her stress and frustrations at a bar after work because of her manager putting apon her at work...As such Kobayashi thought she was dreaming and that Tohru wasn't real..being a dragon...then changing into a pretty young lady...Hence why she asked to play with her boobs because you do things like that in dreams...Loved the scene of Tohru telling Kobayashi she loves her...She was being genuine...And Kobayashi knew it.

You must have seen Tohru's father, Damocles (Emperor of Demise) before. He appears in the first season.....Considering how long ago it was when Tohru meet Kanna, you can better understand what I commented about in Ep.6 when Kanna was talking to Saikawa about changing as they get older.....Kanna looks pretty much as she did then!....So as Saikawa gets old....Kanna's appearence isn't going to change to her...What should she do?..Tell her she's a dragon?...or leave her.?....This is what I feel Kanna was thinking about.

Love the second half of this Ep...Kobayashi being best girl...Was so chill...Saw a lot of great man-hole covers...Some had what looked like they had members of a boy band on....Also some pictures of famous Japanese paintings...I took a fare few photos of covers...Wouldn't get them here...they'd get stolen...they already steal them and sell for scrap!.

Elma had been feeling somewhat lonely....She doesn't have anyone to go home to....Plus everytime she crosses paths with Tohru...Tohru treats her with distain rather than in the friendship way they had many years ago...As specially as she feels Tohru was "stealing the hearts of humans" (Kobayashi & the Maids at the Cafe) She was also feeling somewhat betrade as Tohru had tried to kill her for doing the very same thing...She decided to get it off her chest and confront Tohru....She also has a little crush on Tohru.

We can assume Takiya won the gaming contest becaue of his experience...But this will change..As when the dragons concentrate on any subject..they become experts pretty quick..And Takiya will find it almost, if not impossible to beat Fafnir at any game. Remember Tohru being very good at guitar and wood carving...She is also becoming a better cook, and takes her maid chores in her stride to the point she does it so quick and easy..she gets bored...Hence looking for a hobby to fill the rest of her day.

I believe the ED of this Ep. was a dedication to those who lost their lifes in the arson attack....Hence not the usual ED, but clips from series 1 surrounded by hearts....This Ep was broadcast on 22 July 2021, 2 years and 4 days since the attack...I also believe the sequence of Tohru and Kobayashi decending onto the bridge during the series OP also has some significance...There are statues of pigeons/doves (in Japanese langauge they do not differentiated between pigeons and doves) on the rail of the bridge at the spot where they land..Another location I have visited...I would certainly buy some of Tohru's Kobayashi merch!..hehe.

The flat has 3 bedrooms..but one is used as a computer study work room...So Kobayashi has one bedroom to herself, and Tohru and Kana share the other....With the addition of Ilulu..they needed another room..But Ilulu was happy to sleep in the closet in Tohru and Kana's room..Kobayashi's first flat only had one bedroom..so they upgraded/moved to a 3 bed in Ep.3 of the first series...I visited the location of Tohru's rescue of Kobayashi and Ilulu in Hamacho Park when I stayed in Akihabara...Clemene is seen again in the manga I believe...so he may return in a future series.

Love how Kita is the only band member to call Hiroti by her name the whole show...And finally calling her "Hitori-chan" at the end in stead of "Goto-san"...Also Nijika always wearing the spotted ribbon....It's the ribbon her sister used to tie her hair for the first after their mother died...So it holds alot of sentiment for Nijika...It ties her to her mother and sister....Nijika was taught to play drums by Rina, the drummer of her sisters old band.

Love the ED of this Ep...Sung by Hitroi's VA...It's an "Asian Kung-Fu Generation" track and title of the Ep.....It's saddening to think the wall with the mural on seen at the end (and in Ep.4) Is said to be about to be demolished...So glad I got to see it for real before that happens...The street the girls visit with all the guitar (instrument) shops is a real worry for the wallet if you play..hehe...There are so many guitars to choose from it's crazy!..I don't play guitar...but did play drums in a band for a short period of time..some 30 plus years ago...I am sure there will be a second season...There is plenty of material so I hear...and with it being so popular..it's a real money maker....so they'd be darft not to make another season.

As I recall..all the Ep. titles are named after "Asian Kung-Fu Generation" songs...As are the names of the characters named after members of the bands. Masafumi Gotoh = Hitori Goto (Bocchi) Kensuke Kita = Ikuyo Kita Takahiro Yamada = Ryo Yamada Kiyoshi Ijichi = Nijika Ijichi

Hitori's (fathers) guitar is a Custom Gibson Les Paul from around 1968. Worth a pretty penny!....I visited a Maid Cafe during my two trips to Japan...The old work place of the founder of my favourite band...That's why I was in Japan..to see them LIVE..First time at Tokyo Garden Theater in Ariake..and the second time at Yokohama Arena...Felt like a real fish out of water in the cafe..hehe...I had the omurice of course!...It had to be done.

The shrine the girls visit at 18:30 is to the same Goddess we see as a statue in Ep.6 where Hitori meet Kikuri by the steps.

I visited all the locations in this Ep..And had a tako senbei from the same vendors the girls got theirs. I believe the animators photocopied real tako senbei for the show..hence why they look so real. I climbs the stairs to the top.. No escar for me...I also had an ice cream and sat on the same wall the girls did. I was warned about the kites (birds). They were flying overhead, but didn't try to take my ice cream. It's a great view from the top of the tower (do have to pay). You can see Mt.Fuji in the west.

26:17 -- The Season 2 will _very_ probably follow the manga similar to how this season was following it. This season was more-or-less faithfully following the original manga. However: --- Season 1 expands on some details of the manga. _(The addition of the "Flower Princess Blaze" anime sequences and the expansion of the beach scene are the most obvious examples.)_ --- There are some minor details where the anime differs from the manga. However, there are also two important scenes which were omitted: A) The episode 9 skips Wakana's searching for the material for the Black Lilly outfit. In that scene Wakana meets a certain store clerk which will be an important character later in the series. His omission from this season will perhaps be somehow rectified in the Season 2. B) The visit from Marin's father, which in the anime was replaced by a phone call from him. A possible way to include him into Season 2 might be perhaps by adding some flashback scenes from Marin's childhood. _(In fact, there is a manga side chapter about that. I would really like to see something like that in Season 2!)_ As for the Season 2, it's hard to predict which part of the manga it will cover. Manga material which might potentially be adapted into Season 2 has first two shorter arcs and after that two longer arcs. A 12 episode season seems too short to cover all four of those arcs and too long to cover only three of those arcs.

Regarding the maid headgear that they were trying in Marin's apartment: Those are pieces of the outfit which was shown in the opening sequence when all outfits are shown exhibited on the mannequins -- the first outfit from the right. That outfit will be premiered in the next season.

The statue Kikuri thinks is Hitori..is meant to be the Goddess of Music and Arts...I took a selfie with it when I visited the location last year...The steps have been pretty much cordened off as there was construction work being carried out just behind them...This place is just up the road from where Hitori lives..It's not far from the station where Kikuri and Hitori part...In that scene...The store front which Hitori looks into and says she thinks she looks like a real rocker chick...is just out of shot to the left.....There is a path through the store which leads into the station...as Hitori needs to take the train to get to school.

Shame the building with the mural is about to be knocked down..so I hear...So glad I was able to visit it before it's gone forever...I also visited the "propho" sites...I didn't sit on the rocking animals....As their were parents with their kids about.

I know this is an old post..but I'll comment anyway...Hitori is lead guitar..Ryo is bass guitar...and Kita is rhythm guitar + lead singer...And I believe Ryo does backing vocals as well...And Nijika plays drums....Kita's VA does most of the singing for the show....But the other also sing the ED's..as the show progressed...Hitori's VA singing the last Ep's ED...There was an album release by "Kessoku Band"..and it did very well in charts in Japan...All the instruments used in the show are based on real instruments...Hitori's father's 1968 Gibson Les Paul Custom guitar, being vintage, is worth a considerable amount of money if you wanted to buy the same.

Seems like we'll get Saki's diary reel 2 next episode, it will explain a lot about Saki's feeling and the truth about some of her act in episode 4-6... So really can't wait about it in the anime
