Coturnix quail exploring their new home
I had to move the girls into a suspended Aviary because Poppy the Border Terrier had dreams of eating them. I had dreams of moving them around in a chicken tractor but it wasn't to be. I put segments of shade cloth down so they weren't walking on wire and I can remove to wash. I added some enrichment activities which they seem to enjoy. It's actually much easier on my back doing food and water changes and egg collection will be easier so that's a plus! (The cardboard is an attempt to keep the straw on the inside).

This our garden on the Gold Coast. We've just come out of winter and in the middle of getting quotes to do some landscaping. So excited to see some improvements. This is so I can remember the before.

The squeaky noise went away, I think it's just because it was still new.

Might want to flip the cups upside down since they are double walled isolated cups, that way the heat will rise on the inside of the cup where you want the cup to be warm. 😉
You do know you can pull down on the carafe outlet? Avoids spillage.
Great review! Just got mine today. In terms of the grinding settings, which number have you set this up for? The lower the number the more intense the coffee is? My one came at 3
I honestly can't remember sorry. I've tried a few different beans so often try different setting. It's usually low though.

@@roovawal DeLonghi elite 65055. the on / off button on the top does not work. when connected to the power, the water pops up and the grinder starts, error appears on the screen. what can it be? I checked the boilers, the fuses

that snake will probably be back by now and will only eat the vermin ie rats maybe an egg they are beautiful creatures the ones here are black and yellow we used to move them but now we let them take the rats and one or two eggs. I love them wish we had one coloured like that here

I don't think there's anything as cute as ducklings, but boy are they messy! Good luck with your Pekins :)
The ducks are all crossbreds. The father was an Indian Runner and the mother a Khaki Campbell. I only hatched seven babies in total and they each look quite different to the other. The females were fantastic layers but very noisy when they all decided to have a good quack. :) I don't have them anymore unfortunately as the ducks demolished the yard in spots by creating big mud pits after it rained!
