Terrible hotel! Bad food and many problems. For example air conditioning, wifi, elevators, room door card doesn't work, dirty pool. Lack of sunbeds by the pool. On the beach are many stones and also in the sea, you can't swim there, there is a risk of injury! ! ! The employees here understands only in Turkish. :-( Unprofessional and annoying staff at the reception! The hotel is expensive and you only get low quality of food and service.

We have been in crystal sunset hotel with my family five times .. Now I am in this hotel for the sixth time and everything is very worse! ! !When we arrived we were offered an above standard room as a tip. They brought us to our room. The room was really nice. We paid 20 usd tip as a thank you for a nice room, but unfortunately we were deceived because the room didnt have air conditioning and we had to replace the room! The offer food is 80% smaller than before, the offer food and its quality have dropped a lot. Everyone makes excuses for Covid but this is only excuse and ,,saves in the wrong place"!.The hotel wants money and the guest doesnt get what he paid for! WiFi is very slowly or not, by the pool there are dirty for several hours untidy tables and cigarettes on the ground. Lack of sunbeds by the pool, sunbeds are dirty. On the beach is not food as before. Why? In five stars hotel??. No cocktails on the beach and go to the hotel for food is 10 minutes walk uphill .. Previously, this hotel was a quality premium 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ hotel. Now only 4 ☆☆☆☆. What happened? I'm sorry because this was my favorite hotel. I worked too much in my country and now I am disappointed. Expensive holiday and spoiled. I think it would be fair to write it on the hotel's website that there is a small offer than before. So why isn't the hotel cheaper? I've been in this hotel many times and I'll never come here again.. In Egypt for half price there are better hotels, clean, better service and much bigger offer. Far more food selection! Please make it the same hotel as before and I come back. If not, I'll never come here again!!!

Cześć ja tam byłem w sierpniu 2019 i zamierzałem się wybrać tam drugi raz ale głupi koronawirus :( myślę że w 2021 znowu pojadę tak ogólnie mała ciekawostka znajduje się tam salon do gier moim zdaniem zajebisty hotel i chętnie drugi raz go odwiedzę 😇. Pozdrawiam

Dla mnie osobiście to najlepsza trasa zjazdowa w Karpaczu :-)
