      @David Fletcher always a pleasure to help mate I've never used profiles for stone just the stone profiles which are such a brilliant device I'm more than happy to build corners I don't think they take that much longer, but having said that i am looking at some different profiles that arnt like the blakes and bts' they actually sit on the corner aris so would do both the job of the stone profiles and regular profiles but as with most profiles its having the space around you to set them up the ones I'm looking at have two legs that attach to the tops and rake down and out, I'm not sure whether I've explained that correctly you might have seen them, hope that helps and again thanks for the interest.

Use a scaffolding where it can be build and bricklayers don't have to leave and wait to have scaffolding built. Use better flashing systems for walls. You can't resupply, supervise or bring cuts or materials without stopping bricklayers. Use a scaffolding system where the upright pipes are not between bricklayer and the wall. • @brickysmate
      @brickysmate 3 роки тому

      Not daft at all that's how we learn mate 👍🏻 the key to plumb stonework is plumb blockwork, the blocks go up first then all you do is measure to the face aris of the stone so in our case it was a 300 mm wall 100mm block 100mm cavity and 100mm stone so from back of block we measure 200mm to the front this way it is all plumb, hope that is clear to understand buddy thanks for watching and commenting 👍🏻
