God is God, and He can do what He wants! Most Christian single people don’t know that God our Father is the match maker! He wants to be involved in every part of our lives! Always seek the Lord for instruction! I have found that when God chooses your partner, it’s always a very short engagement. If you look at the Old Testament, when God chose the wife for the man, it was literally like that’s your wife and then they would be in a covenant marriage this whole thing about meeting someone dating for a year being engaged for a year that’s the world, if God tells you to do that that’s a different story. But I’ve been taught to seek the Lord for your spouse. It is the man that should pursue the woman and then it is God who will let you know when to get married and if he said to get married now, then get married now, God bless your beautiful marriage abundantly. Thank you for sharing this beautiful testimony a story about obedience, faith love, and not allowing other people to come and take away what God was giving you and showing you.

Hi dear Colleene and Everen, I just come across your story and I was positively impressed by your willingness to follow GOD no matter what. :) Praise the LORD for this. :) Hope that you do not mind me asking you few questions. :) The 1st one is: Would you apply this principle (GOD’s will before humans will) in a context of your believes and traditions as well? Would you rethink about the things you have learned in your Church in order to learn GOD’s truest will or would you stick to what you think you know and think is true? I am asking, because the thing is of a very importance. You are probably aware that in the Bible is written: “6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, 7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters. 8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication. 9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, 10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: 11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name. 12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are THEY THAT KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS OF GOD, and the faith of Jesus.” (Revelation 14:6-12 KJV) I hope we can agree that this passage was meant for those living in the last days and that this End of Time days are already here. Therefore we, in order to be saved, need to know GOD’s commandments (as the verse 12 states), right? So,… In your testimonies I have learned that you worship on Sunday, have I got it correct? Well, could you be so kind and tell how do you understand GOD’s commandment written in Exodus 20:8-11 (KJV) where it is stated:” 8 REMEMBER THE SABBATH DAY, to keep it holy. 9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: 10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: 11 For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.” Especially in the connection with what is written in Luke 4:16 where it says that Jesus’ custom was to go into the synagogue on the sabbath day - Saturday (as all the Jews) and what is written by Catholics: “Catholics do not worship on the Sabbath, which according to Jewish law is the last day of the week (Saturday), when God rested from all the work he had done in creation (Gen. 2:2-3). Catholics worship on the Lord’s Day, the first day of the week (Sunday, the eighth day); the day when God said “Let there be light” (Gen. 1:3); the day when Christ rose from the dead; the day when the Holy Spirit came upon the Apostles (Day of Pentecost). The Catechism of the Catholic Church says: “The Church celebrates the day of Christ’s Resurrection on the ‘eighth day,’ Sunday, which is rightly called the Lord’s Day” (CCC 2191).” (link: www.catholic.com/qa/did-the-early-church-move-the-sabbath-from-saturday-to-sunday ) Could it be, that the GOD’s day of rest alias Sabbath that HE wants us to worship HIM on is on Saturday and not on Sunday, and that this is merely an attempt of »change times and laws« as explained in Daniel 7:25? This is LITERALLY what my fiancé and I are going through right now and my story is EXTREMELY similar to hers as far as abusive relationship past and stuff and how she was fearful about people's responses. We have gotten excitement from everyone except my own church family...which is hard for me 😢 but you guys have no idea how much this story encourages me to follow the Lord instead of acting out of fear. We are planning to go to the court house in three days and we really believe that Satan is trying to also cause fear, doubt, and anxiety to slow down or attempt to stop us from marrying all together. I also resognate with your fellings of excitement!!! I have been blessed with all of my answered prayers and I am literally "Cinderella" rn 😂🎉 so I'm trying my best to enjoy the moment ❤ (We met a little over a month ago online then in person a few days afterwards. It's been very clear to both of us since the beginning so we got engaged a few weeks after, now we are getting married in the next three days and will have a wedding celebration later❤)

Some have been willing to submit to long wait times but yours is the first expedited wait time I’ve heard and that can definitely be a scary thing for those who battle with doubt and uncertainty. The funny thing is when people “put Bible scrips in your face” like that one about honoring your parents. Is that they use the one that fits their personal opinions. In that case the Bible also points out that you are suppose to put god before your family. But I’m glad to hear you put gods words before other people’s opinions. Just felt important to point out 🩷 I’m not a Christian or written into any other known religion right now, but I know very clear when God started to speak through me and into me too. First of all it’s just very clear because I donot speak like that and the calmness that energy has is out of this world. Lot to say within that subject. But point is, you know for sure when God speaks to you. There is no doubt.🩷🙌🏼 actually heard you pray to get Bible verses to back this up after I wrote the things here.

There are so many love testimonies on UA-cam and they are not all equal, but this one is blessed supernatural one. As a Christian of almost twenty years, I found myself learning from their testimony. I didn't think I would appreciate a non-traditional wedding but found myself beaming when I saw the adorable photo of them in black clothing with pink hair. Like the other comments on this page, I can't wait for part 3, 4, 5 so that I can be edified.

My goodness, My God- He continues to amaze me. Such a beautiful and edifying testimony. Two lovely people, clearly that love God and follow Jesus with their hearts. I feel it is very evident that He made you for one another, He knew pink hair and courthouse ceremony before the foundations of the earth were laid! Be blessed in all, awaiting part III.
