I think the mode can be more balance if there's a restrictions on cop cars according to level, etc: Crown Vic, Range Rover, and Chevy Colorado for A (and A+) The rest of supercars are for S class Just a thought, because maybe that's also how the game was meant to be played (I usually having a hard time chasing people in Crown Vic or Range Rover for S class, so yeah)
