Note: The courts have put an injunction on the huge fine they were going to put on small businesses beginning 1/1/2025. We'll see what happens with that; that injunction will likely get appealed but the fine may well be reduced for not filing timely. We can still file the form, but the urgency is reduced.

Thx for sharing Chris... taking action for action's sake & ready-fire-aim both come to mind as I watched your video. I think these habits are common and well intended, but ultimately can result in drifting off course in addition to burnout over time. One of the first things I (AcumenCPG) do when working with new product innovators who are working to commercialize their new ideas is to get clear on where they are going and to use that as a lighthouse to guide their day-to-day action when things get foggy or confused.
