in fact, a busy person is a happy person because in order to want to live, one needs to know that one is useful/needed. however, when the field and conditions of the job do not satisfy the person, it turns into a person's hell. we can't always hope for the highest paying, most enjoyable job for everyone, but if living conditions weren't so expensive as mentioned in the video, it wouldn't be bothering people so much anyway.

Very nicely said. If you are seeking to find joy from a thing, especially content, it's going to be hard. Now don't get me wrong, things matter and are real, we're watching "things" evaporate into cultural steam. But you need space to open up dialogue between you and the things/ objects you have. I think everyone should read Rilkes Letters to a young poet, because it's short and not overbearing, but it puts you in the right direction. You need isolation, but only as a means to then go out there. Isolation in our regard, would be from digital stimulus. In the past you needed it from people, but now, you need it from avatars. Real people are the cure.

Maybe be worth checking out some of Scott Galloway's content - one of his recommendations that I've really appreciated and integrated into my life is to put yourself in situations everyday where you're in the company of and talking with strangers. No matter what your level of sociability is you'll only get better at it the more you do it. Parks, bars (playing pool is great for this), gym, volunteering, or even the grocery store. Good luck my friend.

You're very right, one of the things that brings maturity it's the capacity to suffer with meaning, if you have a way to escape from suffering and numb yourself from the responsibilities that you have, and having a high incentive to do that, your brain will not tolerate any kind of form psychological pain, it's a regression to an infant/baby state, were everytime it creates, the "mom" will bring your source of pleasure. It's very clear that we're going to a phase of heavy social engineering, everyone who doesn't practice self discipline, denial of flesh and the strength of spirit will fall into this slavery.

So we should be Embracing our flaws and accepting them as part of our journey allows us to experience the beauty of imperfection and the growth that comes with it, our imperfections and failures give us character and depth, reminding ourselves that perfection is not the goal, but rather the acceptance of our perfectly imperfect selves by removing the cloak, which reveals our true path. I’m young now, not even 18 yet, but this really resonated with me. Once I graduate high-school and turn into a legal adult, I’ll spend a few months traveling all over the country (USA), and also go to Puerto Rico and spend a few weeks traveling there as well. Just to see the world (I know that America and Puerto Rico isn’t the world, but it’s 100x more than I’ve been exposed to in my short life, and I’d also like to travel all over Europe), meet some people, do seasonal work, see nature, etc. and come back 6 months or a year later and figure out what to do with my life. I’ll spend these months adventuring and also thinking about what I want to do. It’ll be fun and teach me a lot of lessons, I bet.
